Just realized in 16 days my 5 years is coming up! I am so grateful to still be alive and to be the mother my kids deserve today. Congratulations to everyone else in here fighting the fight, you got this! Sending good vibes your way.

(I am using my partners account)

So, ive recenty dropped my use quite heavily.

I was doing between 2.5 amd 3.5g a day and now im fown to maybe .2-.6 at most a day.

The first few weeks where hell, constant panic attacks.

That aside its been a while from then, but i still have very constant anxiety, and changes of physical state(thats the only way i can really describe it)

I have constant intrusive thoughts about dying too and i feel like im convinced itll just happen, except thi is all the time. Im anxious about being anxious.

Theres no real stimuli to why i feel like this and it gets worse when i use to stop the physical side of the withdrawls.

Is this part of PAWs?

I know everybody is different and experiences different things but this feels like hell...

Also, do you think that being on a low usage dose like i am, i would be able to get away with trying to cold turkey without too much hasle? Thanks for reading.
