Also, flipping at that speed isn't all that dangerous, as long as he doesn't dangle his arm out of the window.

And the chances that he'll continue driving this car are very slim.

He basically DIY confiscated the car.

Well it has no roof after the FD cut it off, so if he ever drives again it won't be THIS car.

It's not like they're going to drop it off in his driveway. But that does give me a terrible idea for an hoa resident
