...for now. A cop-friend told me most of his DUIs are issued in the morning. Dudes will get blasted, go to bed, wake up still over the legal limit, (attempt to) drive to work.

There was a cop stop this morning checking for DUIs over a bridge right outside my town. I talked to the cop and they had caught 3 people over the limit in under an hour.
