Di naman talaga ako iyakin, as in bilang lang talaga sa isang kamay ilang times ako umiyak ever.

Pero iba to e, kakagaling ko lang nag bakasyon sa pinas at iba talaga sa feeling na makasama ko ulit tropa after so long. Iyakan sila sa airport nung hinatid nila ako lalo na bespren ko pero di naman ako umimik.

Nung nasa plane na ako, nag decide akong basahin yung mga messages nila sakin at wrong move ako dyan. Unang message pa lang tumulo na yung luha at dun nako humagulhol. Parang la na akong pake sino makarinig sakin kasi naging emotional ako hahaha.

Hindi na nga ako kumain kasi panay iyak na lang ako to the point na hindi na ako makahinga haysss miss ko lang friends ko.

never thought my first international trip would be because of running. flew all the way to sydney for my first marathon, figured out airports, immigration, trains, buses, getting lost, eating alone, and basically just learning how to survive in another country on my own

the marathon itself was a whole different story, but somehow i finished my first 42.2km.

First time ko talaga gumawa ng ganito, and I didn’t expect na magiging ganito kasaya. Plus, sobrang affordable niya compared sa mga activities na usually mahal. Definitely something I’d love to do again! 🥹

…and the first internation trip is Taiwan. Sobrang lapit lang sa Manila. Parang same flight hours lang papuntang Davao. Sobrang lapit, pero sobrang layo ng pinagkaiba sa Pilipinas.

Paglapag palang ng eroplano, iba na ihip ng hangin. Malamig. Langhap mo agad yung aroma ng Tea Egg na binebenta sa 7/11. Di ka mamomroblema sa transit mo pa Taipei kasi connected ang tren station sa airport. Ni di ka masisinagan ng araw bago makasakay ng tren.

Pagbaba ko ng Taipei Main Station, na culture shock ako sa laki ng station at sa dami ng exits. May dedicated exit depende kung saang kalye ka malapit paglabas. Yung transfer mo from Airport Train to Metro Train sobrang nakakamangha.

Pag ahon ko ng Ximen Station, naamoy ko kaagad yung Stinky Tofu. Yung mga tao na bibili sa Xing Fu Tang, maayos na nakapila. Yung amoy ng paligid, ibang iba.

Ang lapit lapit lang ng Taiwan sa Maynila pero sobrang ibang iba.

I had worries about going up here dahil may heights anxiety ako. But the ambiance of the room I booked (Airbnb!) and the view had me relaxed!

Doesn't help na maulan pero at least wala yung baha ngayon 😭 at kita ang skyline a bit. Will try to share ang itsura mamayang gabi.

Sarap sa feelings na kasama mo family

Got fed up with the bubbles appearing whenever I close my phone. After 2 tries, I finally did it!

Nag simula sa simpleng bagay naiirita na ko, hirap makatulog, stress eating, bilis ma distract, simpleng bagay, nag aalala agad. Hanggang sa napansin ko pati sa ibang tao iba na rin pakikisama ko to the point na lahat kinakainisan ko.

Gang sa sinubukan ko na kumausap ng therapist kasi akala ko ADHD. Hahaha. Turns out depression and anxiety.

On going therapy and meds, and everything looks good now.

I went to a therapist because I need myself to be 100% okay before starting a family, or else kawawa magiging family ko if lagi mainit ulo ko. Yoko nga maging tatay ko. Hahahahah.

Just a reminder that if you think you need help, go for it. Nothing wrong with taking care of your mental health. :)

Ang hirap hanapin nung specific plushie na yun, especially in a bigger size and at a cheaper price, so when I found one, I thought it was literally a steal.

Hirap talaga ngayon and first time ko di makakain for 2 days and finally able to get sky flakes. Won't be able to get a full meal yet pero ang hirap sa feeling talaga pala magutom. Kahit ung fasting thing parang hirap gawin pag magdidiet.

I just want to share since I feel nareset naman ako. Just keep surviving!

I wrote the post wanting to preserve the memory and appreciate the encounter I had that morning with a taho vendor and turns out daming nakakarelate pala hehe.

I am someone who is deeply sentimental and most of the time I try to find the gems in mundane things or simply see things differently and make people feel seen and appreciated. I like hearing other people's stories and combine that with my love for documentation and boom that post was born.

Wala lang happy lang kasi I used to write and just stopped and felt like it's not for me... I used to seek what hobbies will suit me and it led me back right where I started.

Tapos now I wrote from my heart and it reached and resonated with many people. My heart is full. Hopefully more writing for me for the rest of the year!!! 🤍🤍🤍

Dati akala ko mahirap siya lutuin kaya inaavoid ko, pero madali naman pala. And success kase nagustuhan ng family ko :)

Ang galing nung feeling, una i was worried na mahihirapan sila patulugin ako, kase i hate sleep, I’m very stubborn about keeping myself awake all the time.

So nung nilagay ng doctor yung mask sa ilong ko, sabi nya may maaamoy lang ako and then 15-20 secs makakatulog na. In my head “luh, sige tingnan natin”, then may naamoy akong parang sweet na food or perfume, then wala pang 5 secs, i didn’t know what happened na, i woke up nalang sa recovery room, annoyed kase ang ingay nung beeping monitor haha.

Fascinating lang. :)

Actually, 2 years na pala ako nag b-bday na malayo sa family ko. But only this year na wala akong ibang kasama kasi I'm renting lang a bedspace here in Metro. And nobody else knows aside sa family ko na bday ko ngayon. Even sa office walang may alam, which is okay lang naman sa akin kasi super awkward ako eh, hindi ko alam paano mag re-react pag may mag gi-greet sa akin haha. I'm glad lang kasi hindi ako nalungkot or nag self pity ba maybe because God really gave me peace na at kaya ko na kahit walang ibang kasama. I do things alone and I'm fine with it. Basta lagi ko iniisip na God is with me naman, ano pa ba kailangan ko. Anyways, haaaaaapy birthday to myself. Do not be afraid, only believe at magiging Engineer ka na before this month ends!!! Thaaank You, thank You Lord for the gift of life and for everything. ❤️🙏
