Former alcoholic here. I bet his bac is over .2. I was still functioning and a .25 when I got arrested. Still never drove like this idiot

Depends on how often he drinks. As a former ED nurse, I've seen people at .4 and above seemingly sober, and .15 absolutely plastered.

My favorite was an alcoholic who came in because he fell and broke his leg while shoveling snow...with an ethanol of 560.
