Lets be honest here that car flipping was the best outcome here as they can no longer be a danger on the road until whatever the fuck is going on in there is handled.

I suspect alcohol was involved. They way they can’t seem to drive straight, or stay in the road, I’d say the driver was way beyond the couple beers they’re going to tell law enforcement.
