I have dreams where I am trying to drive from the backseat and it is the most stressful dream ever (besides losing my teeth dreams).

This is how I once lucid dreamed. I like snapped to in the dream and was like why am I stressing and I jumped out the window and started flying 😂😂 but it was short lived and have never done it since

I don't really remember much about my dreams, and I don't think I've lucid dreamed per se, but I do recall on more than one occasion that when the dream starts to get uncomfortable, I have the realization that I'm dreaming and question it, but I always just end up waking up.

lol one of my few lucid dreams was similar, someone was shooting at me/us and while running away I thought “fuck this” and just took off flying instead, that couldn’t last long because it snapped me into lucidity and I woke up
