Let's play: Drunk. or. Drugs!

What will it be, what will it be!

Could be medical too. Diabetic Shock can present similar symptoms to inebriation.

No idea why people are down voting you. This is 100% correct. I'm a type one diabetic and I've done shit I don't even remember that completely shocked me when I heard about it later.

You should never operate any dangerous equipment including cars if you can not guarantee that you won't be a danger, saying ohh he is not drunk just diabetic but outcome is the same is inexcusable.

There is zero way to guarantee anyone won't be a danger when operating a motor vehicle. It's a medical emergency, don't be a pretentious prick.

Golly jee, how do you make sure you have a 0% chance of a medical episode? Are you immune to things such as Shock or a Stroke? How do you know with 100% certainty that you will never experience a cardiac arrest while driving?! You amaze me, I wish I could be like that.

It’s probably the hate & ego. Folks would rather believe that their assumption that the subject is a bad person for poor choices could never be wrong than accept that their vitriol may be totally unfounded.

Or medical emergency. I seen a guy having a diabetic emergency just all of a sudden jerky his car directly in to another. When I went to check on him he was just staring straight ahead and wouldn’t really respond to anything.
