I got this hp ipaq rx1950 but the system is in Spanish and i want to change it to English i found a rom for it but it keep showing me wrong image I've tried all possible ways, i used sd card to flash it cause I've couldn't find a data cable, if anyone has any idea or how to flash it please help me

Whoever is seeing this, I just wanted to say that I am trying to recreate Windows Phone OS and make it available on phones, but there's something.. Instead of recreating/rebuilding the OS on android, I actually want to build it on Linux. (Specifically postmarket OS). For anyone seeing this post, can you help me? I would be really grateful! :)
