how are we supposed to know what classes we need for our next semester? is there a way to tell or are we supposed to figure it out ourselves and hope we did it right? will our advisors help?

im in the PROP program first year

I'm looking into taking intro to Aviation Management next semester, but the times have not been announced yet. Is this an early morning class, an online class, or something else? Anyone in the class right now can you help?
