For someone who doesn’t even like making cakes, I always end up having to make one. Lol

I see these fancy mousse pastries online all the time, usually in mukbang videos. They're usually shaped like apples, raspberries, bananas, mangoes etc.

Anyways, I'd love to attempt to make them but I can't find a receipe anywhere online. Does anyone know where I can find one?

First time making my own shortbread and caramel! So pleased with how they came out! The caramel did catch slightly whike boiling, hence the brown bits in the picture but honestly it tastes sooo good!

The pizza pinwheels are filled with pesto, mozzarella, salami, chorizo and black olives. Then brushed with a homemade garlic butter when they finished baking!

Tender, flaky, and gooey all at the same time.

I freeze the butter in small cubes and cut it into the dry mix by hand. Rolled, folded, and laminated a half dozen times for extra layers.

Okay y’all, I’ve been craving a super rich, fudgy, flat out Matilda-esque chocolate cake and this weekend I get some time to myself so I want to make my own instead of buying a piece of cake that costs an arm and a leg and MIGHT taste like butt. Cookie points if it’s also salted nicely!

Lemon almond biscotti, stuffed Italian loaf (cheese, basil, and sun dried tomatoes), whole wheat loaf, pain de mie, apple pie, and cherry pie! Not pictured are the dinner rolls and chocolate chip cookies I also made. It made for a long day of baking but I still had fun :)

My friend’s birthday is this weekend and her favorite cookies are Oreos but she can’t eat them anymore due to an allergy.

Cookie portion is from Sally’s Baking Addiction and the filling is an ermine frosting.

I was waiting for something to bake in the oven and decided to brown some butter rather than mindlessly scroll the internet. I browned 1lb (obviously now cooked down)

Besides the go to, chocolate chip cookies, what should I bake?

I sacrificed a plate, but this is the most delicious thing I've cooked in half an hour so far.

It's a lemon cake with homemade lemon mousse filling and also iced with the same filling. She loves Snoopy and our family joke is saying BIRTH instead of Happy Birthday, so I edited BIRTH onto a Snoopy picture and had it printed at one of those edible decoration stores! It's not the prettiest...and it was stressful to make...but it was super lemony which my niece loves and it turned out tasty, which is better than the presentation. I don't bake often and decorating isn't my strong suit! Just wanted to show off the tallest cake I've ever made. 😊
