Painted up this guy to test the scheme for my Deathwings!

Recently completed a Hellblaster with a first real attempt at Eavy Metal in a long time. Just nine more to go..

Finally finished Azrael after months of plucking away at him one section at a time. The scabbard is disfigured since it’s meant to be held by the watcher. I did a little to fill the gaps with sprue goo but it doesn’t bother me since I’m pretty pleased with the rest of the model. This was also one of my first “good” attempts at wet blending for the robes.

I find vehicles a little tricky compared to infantry but I’m really happy with how these came out!

Thank very much for your initial input on the basecoat of those guys. It was my first time using an airbrush and it came out a lot lighter than expected but after amazing positive input, I chose to roll with it 😁

I had a lot of fun with this list. My opponent plays mainly Imperial Knights or Custodes and i wanted to show him how it is to constantly have to deal with 2+/4++. It is by far not an optimal list, but it was good to try something other for once in a while, so i chose inner circle Task force and librarius. Sadly i didn't take much fotos. I won with 99 to 77.

I just realized with oath going away inescapable justice will have to go too (or they just change what it does idk I’m shootin in the dark). What would you guys like to see it replaced with? Maybe keep it 2 cp and it’s one of our Strats that grants oath?

Edit: based on the context you all added, mainly with detachments getting a full rework to the point that wrath might not even exist after October (at least the -1 to wound rule). This is a bigger change than I realized and seems that our entire DNA as a faction is changing.

Remains to be seen if for better or worse.

I want to make DA army for 1k point and i would like to use deathwing terminators/knights. Is there something should change (i use gladius task force detachment)

I'm creating a DA successor chapter that openly marks themselves as the Six Wings reborn. Would it be weird to use the wings as an alternative to the Codex compliance (as much as it is) of the Angels themselves?

I have an upcoming game against Russ' dogs and I was looking for some list advice. I am running the Lion's Blade Task Force and Fulguris Task Force detachments and taking the Purge the Foe disposition. He is a fairly veteran player and seems to run more competitive lists. I am expecting terminators. What advice would you give me about my list?

Theres a very solid chance this won't actually be usable after the new codex drops but for maybe a month or so, this is playable

The question being: is it *good*? All dev wounds with sustained and if you're feeling spicy, ancient weapons on the Jude.

Hey gang, getting back into 40k in a casual way, i’ve painted what feels like hundreds of blue space marines and I’m looking at changing it up a bit… to green/bone/black space marines… Heres my rough list for 1000 points:

This is a bit of a meme list utilising what i have unpainted already, but I’m also going for a bit of a dreadwing/ironwing vibe. I know in terms of actually taking objectives/performing actions it will be unsuccesful but would people actually play against it? Essentially i want to do low model count space marines!

Im going over my army list and I have a 10 count of (Primaris/Regular) Intercessors, but I am looking into getting some more, but the Warhammer website doesn't have regular Primaris Intercessors anymore. How good are the other Intercessors: Assault and Heavy? Which is better?

Hey guys! After only playing Drukhari for like a year and a half I kinda feel like mixing it up with some tankier armies for a change. I was playing DA before so I figured I’d dust the boys off the shelve and give them a whirl. I wanted to play something tanky and with some back line firepower.
