is anyone else having issues with changing their profile picture?

i might be doing something wrong but no matter which sort of image I choose, it says “Please choose an image file, if you have than it might be too large” and that’s no matter the size I try. I remember having to upload photos to some other site and choosing profiles through that a few months ago so I dont know why i suddenmy can’t choose another profile pic. :(

Can someone please edit my son’s shoes in these photos to look less scuffed/dirty? Thank you!
