Assuming they release on Steam at first. I have a feeling they'll try to make it a Rockstar Launched exclusive for a while, it's the kind of game that has enough hype that it can still make sales on a different storefront.
Timed exclusive, then release on Steam later. Gta 5 and rdr2 on Steam already require Rockstar launcher and still sells millions on PC, so they've had no problem acustoming people to using it. Even just a month or two exclusivity is enough to take advantage of people's FOMO to drive sales.
Edit: For those who forgot, they released RDR2 onto Rockstar launcher and Epic Games Nov 2019, then a month later released onto Steam. Steam takes 2x more cut than Epic so Take Two would prefer to maximize profits.

For sure it looks good! ( The previous years of waiting just to have it release one primarily one platform kinda sucks though) -the joke being PC > Console but still being hard locked another year before they can do anything-
Is modding looks that ubiquitous among PC gamers? I've been PC gaming since 2000s and the only ones I use are the ones that fixes or improves the game's quality, not aesthetics.
It's more of a "I've already beat this game and I'm bored" thing. I don't think many people are running ridiculous mods on their first playthrough, some people are crazy though lol.
I am going to use Goku and his transformations and sonic turning into super sonic just to honor the PC mod version of GTA 6. I can wait for the game on pc and play all the cutscenes with Goku and chi chi or sonic and his secret woman Amy🤣

Not even remotely wrong because at this point it's become a tradition shared by both communities. Adding CJ, Big Smoke, and even Grove Street are often the first mods made when DBZ games release on PC.
The sheer amount & popularity of DBZ mods for San Andreas has forever tied the two IP's modding communities.
Another part is this subreddit becoming a GTA VI circlejerk. I hate GTA VI before its even out cause its freaking everywhere on the internet and I don't even give an ass.
