good vibes, smiles, & giggles It gets better
My twins are five months old and sleeping from 8 PM to 6 AM. When we were two months in, I thought it wouldn’t get easier and couldn’t imagine being happy and enjoying having multiples. I swear everything I saw online about multiples talked about how it never gets better. But I can say it at five months in, I am so happy and couldn’t imagine life with out my twins. If you were in a tough season, hang in there!

I needed to hear this. My boys are 6 days old and we are going thru it. Thank you for showing a light at the end of the tunnel.

Your post gives me hope! We're in the 6-8 weeks adjusted period and I cant see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. I feel like I'm not a great parent by doing things for my own sanity vs what I should be doing. Its rough right now.

Our twins are 19 months now. I know I felt like that during the early months, but I can barely remember it now. Kinda surreal.

SAME!! Mine are 5 months old/3 months adjusted and they both sleep through the night 70% of the time. We will have a random middle of the night wake up/feed from one of them every couple nights but those feeds are so efficient and fast now that they take 30mins max (used to take 1hr+ each feed & digest) + now me and my husband can switch off nights so we are actually getting some sleep!! I would still say we are in the trenches a little but definitely making our way out of them!!

Did they recently start sleeping through the night more? My twins are 2 months adjusted and they still wake up every 3 hours to feed. Wondering when we'll see them sleep longer stretches.

Yes! Once they hit 10lbs they started. Baby boy hit it a few weeks ago and baby girl hit it about 2 weeks ago and has slept through the night a little more than half of those. If she wakes it’s only once. I get them down by 9pm and if she wakes it’s usually around 2-3am. If she sleeps through the night she is up around 6am and if she has a middle of the night feed she will sleep until 7-7:30am. Baby boy usually sleeps from 9pm-7am with sporadic middle of the night wake ups, I think usually because his sister wakes him up! Before that they were doing 4-6hr stretches for a while!

It gets better, then worse again, then better, then worse. Whenever we get to where they are sleeping consistently it feels like another regression hits. The 9 month one was terrible. Shit is so hard
