B2 and Methylene blue. They combine bright yellow and blue into green.

No idea what those chemicals are, but OP said.

The former is just a B vitamin, and not the only one of them that'll give a bright yellow result.

The latter I had to look up, a legit med that's been getting baselessly used as a health supplement for some reason; the wikipedia article about it has a cool (or weird and gross) photo of a brain dyed blue by it.

It also stains the toilet. Source: husband

I've handled methylene blue in the lab before, not surprised it stains urine and the insides if ingested. That shit stains everything, permanently.

Methylene blue (or derivatives of it) are currently in clinical trials for Alzheimer’s disease - I was on the team who developed the tablets, and can confirm it stains absolutely everything in your life a deep & intense blue

I heard that Elvis had his car painted red, to hide the lipstick from women kissing it. Did you buy a lot blue clothing to live with the stuff dying everything?

Also I'm happy to listen to rants about this stuff if you'd care to share.
