He’s probably taking Methylene Blue and he’s dehydrated. Yellow and Blue makes Green.

That’s from injecting radioactive material in the blood stream to get a more precise blood flow diagnosis. This is absolutely a huge HIPAA violation and is a pretty big fuck up to post here. If they don’t don’t delete this post in the next hour, expect it tomorrow with a “tifu” post.

Everything you have said is false.

There is nowhere near enough information in this picture to identify the patient. Hence it does not violate HIPPA. Stop saying it is a HIPPA violation, you clearly don't know what constitutes one.
