Completed the rainbow today. 15 years in urology but this was my first green. Patients took B2 (makes urine very yellow) and methylene blue (makes urine blue) together and here we are.
But vitamin B in sleeping aid seems a bit counter intuitive, since it's one of the go to brag things on energy drink cans together with caffeine and taurine. But I am not any kind of expert in vitamins, so if anyone would like to correct me that would be lovely
I watched a video about a guy who's insomnia was cured by drinking energy drinks. He had a b12 deficiency which caused lack of sleep and the energy drinks provide many times your RDI of b12.
It’s B2 riboflavin that makes it neon, not sure exactly what it does, but yeah I think b vitamins help with energy so maybe there was something else in the sleep aid. But if u take anything with q lot of B2 it’s harmless except u will pee neon yellow. It’s kinda interesting
