I just wanted a hot dog I can no longer properly scratch movies off of my scratch off movie poster

I had a bit of an easier time with Donnie Darko, but Fargo and Seven are giving me hell. Wondering if the sun baked the coating somehow, isopropyl helped loosen up some of it but I’m going to rub a hole right through my poster it seems

You can use isopropanol to just "wipe off" these scratch off layers. Just be carefull that yo dont drip it on the other tiles.

Gonna try again in the morning with a a q tip and 100% isopropyl. I just used some random alcohol pads I had laying around, before then i wasn’t able to get a thing off

I’ve been slacking for sure, I did however watch Seven, Fargo, Donnie Darko, and Reservoir Dogs all last month. I just scored Cinema Paradiso on DVD so that’s going to be soon

I have an IMDB top 100 movie poster! Most of the movies are the same but there are a few differences. Good to know about the alcohol to get it off if it stops scratching off well. Happy watching!

You might be able to use a solvent like acetone or white spirit. If all else fails try a utility blade but go gently. Maybe scrape towards you to eliminate the possibility of cutting into it.

I just checked it out, it‘s just for movies. Why not add series. For once I thought there is an app for keeping track and then they don‘t realize the synergy possibilities.

This has been a on going topic amongst users for years, some are very against it, I am for it as someone who loves stats and tracking my watches. I use Serializd for TV currently but hopefully letterboxd adds series later on

I think if anything they should have it as seasons, rather than episodes. I don't want my feed to get cluttered by like someone rating the 20k+ episodes of the GDR Sandmann

I’m currently on medical leave and averaging a season of Game of Thrones a day, I do not blame you for that even a little and I kind of agree. I use Serializd for just myself and don’t have any followers, and if I did I don’t think they’d care about what I thought of each individual episode
