Literally every single bit of it is redacted.. including an entry for when she gets her parole hearing.

Zero reason to redact in this case

It's literally illegal to redact information with the specific goal to avoid public criticism and/or embarrassment of public officials.
Not that it matters, just throw it on the pile with the others.

Whats going to happen is what happened in Florida with DeSantis and Ashley Moody.
They will say "welp, theres so many people involved. We can't pinpoint any one person. So no is one guilty even though a crime was in fact commited. Case closed."
That literally happened in Florida this week. DeSantis stole 10 million dollars from kids with cancer. Grand jury said yup...definitely a crime. But oh well."

Isn't that why trumps family is banned from having charities? They stole from a childrens cancer fund?

I hope they pursue this in court. But it just another delay to keep news to a minimum until after the elections.

“Illegal”. WTF is that some type of made up word? /s

u/Lock-out 18m ago
It’s not a made up word, this administration has made it very clear… illegal means brown people.

We all know why this is happening
Trump started a war to distract from it

My sweet summer child. His voters don't care that he raped children and women, or committed frauds, or is profoundly unintelligent. The billionaires and malign actors (like Stone, Manafort, Flynn, the Russians etc) have money to convince simple people of whatever they like.

If we had to, what would be the devil’s advocate behind this. I mean she should rot in a hole, but am legitimately interested in why this would be redacted.

Woah woah woah, "Because Trump said so" is a perfectly good enough reason for his cronies to redact it

Someone light the Katie Phang bat signal! I’m surprised there aren’t more journalists filing similar lawsuits. Would “final agency action” extend that far or was it limited to just the docs DOJ said it would withhold?

They didn't just redact the justification for moving her, they redacted *everything*.

Including whether or not and when she gets a parole hearing, yep.

No parole at the federal level.

u/BeeDubsFan 7h ago
Not sure why you are getting down votes for this.
2
u/MattPHS2002 7h ago
Me either. Just stating a fact. Oh well, that's reddit for you.

u/WilditariusAstar 6h ago
No parole because inmates are required to stay in prison for the exact length of time given as their sentence?
2
u/MattPHS2002 5h ago
They can get good time credit which I think is up to 15% off. Parole was abolished federally.

A decade as a federal public defender tells me everything. Then holding such a significant role at the DOJ, a crucial step in the legal pipeline going directly to the president.
This is a person to listen to.
She was fired for not giving Mel Gibson back his gun rights. Standing up for principles and protecting the vulnerable. Obviously tried to stay in a position of power to prevent the worst abuses going through. Held out as long as she could under this monster.
Though I imagine that seeing the application for the former narco-trafficking president of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, probably would have caused her to stroke out, had she still been there for that. Those documents are just as rational as an SCP entity.15

I love her videos but her audio is always so distracting. I think the compression is too high. It sounds like she has a mouth full of saliva every time.

Blanche is covering for Trump and trying to get Maxwell to protect trump with preferential treatment. Republicans that vote for Trump are pedo supporters and protectors. There’s literally no two ways about it. They’re protecting a known criminal. Ask yourself why.

This is plain old cover-up. They don't even bother to hide it cuz they know nothing will be done against them.

They would have assassinated Ghislanshame Maxhweliians if she didn't have secret info.

I never would have seen this coming. 🙄
Trump's personal defense lawyer talks privately with the one person who, without any fucking SHADOW OF A DOUBT, is likely the one person still alive who could testify about all of it. She is suddenly transferred to club fed, given all kinds of crazy concessions, and the written justifications or explanations for why she was transferred are hidden from the public eye.
Make no mistake--- she knows. She also no doubt has a deadman switch somewhere.
Meanwhile, said personal defense attorney is now the attorney fucking general of the United States. While there may be a gazillion other things Blanche is covering up in parallel, this one is the golden prize, encrusted with diamonds and jewels. It's a mockery of our entire democratic system. We no longer live in a nation that has any pretense of holding the rich and powerful to literally ANY form of the rule of law.
If you're not completely sickened and despaired by the entire mess, you're not paying any attention. Those pieces of paper I have framed and hanging on the wall feel uniquely irrelevant to the world we are living in.

But, is all this redaction as serious as trying to but the body text for a whole submission in the subject field?
4
u/Goldentongue 7h ago
If you change "Federal Bureau of Prisons" to "BOP", the first half of this title can be read to the tune of the chorus from "Maxwell's Silver Hammer".
4
u/Obvious-Gate9046 7h ago
Under-rated Beatles tune.

u/fakemessiah5th 6h ago
This is our dog’s name. Max, after Maxwell silver hammer lol
But fuck this corruption and they will pay. One way or another.

I've come to believe this is legal, that the rationale for why she was moved is because she is an intelligence asset and it has actual national security implications. Let that sink in. Our government is the one who orchestrated and funded their whole operation.
16
u/Perfecshionism 7h ago
Bullshit.
She may be an intelligence asset, but none of this is fucking legal.
And Trump compromised and caused the death of a hundred intelligence assets.
He is protecting this one because this one knows Trump and several other wealthy Americans were sexually abusing children as Epstein’s clients.
She also has a wealthy and connected family and is suspected to have set up a dead man’s switch if she were to turn up dead like her late boyfriend and partner.

u/External_Counter378 7h ago
Its immoral. Unethical. Terrifyingly sad that we've corrupted the laws of our country to make a security state where this kind of thing is legal. But pretty much anything goes now when it comes to protecting national security. It wasn't just POTUS caught up in this, it was a military grade honey pot used to control the globe.
