Following the recent evacuations, displacements, etc

Ive made a post about this before. Ppl running across the street just to get from point A to point B. Especially near the Abu halifa roundabout. The amount of times ive almost run over someone is absolutely insane. When will we finally have zebra crossings to help those who need it, especially for the elderly. For the ones who say “we already have them in some regions”, drivers still dont gaf and continue to drive rather than stopping. Ive stopped many times to let ppl cross, which resulted in me getting honked and yelled at by ppl who couldn’t wait an extra 5 seconds. It pains me to have to see this everyday on my way back from oxygen mahboula. Any suggestions?

Is anyone having treatment and medication from Fawzia Sultan for ADHD now? How is your experience and which Dr are you seeing?

Is there any other place that can give medication for ADHD other than going to the local clinics. I have health insurance so private is ok. I need a good doctor.

Hello folks! I have recently moved to Kuwait and I am still settling here so I haven't invested in a gaming PC yet.

I am looking for a gaming cafe with decent PC setup. My main concern is that I play AOE2 DE which I assume is not popular here. Appreciate any insight into which gaming cafes would let me install the game on their PC through my steam account.

These are pictures from a walk I took around Al-Muthanna complex mall in January 2024. You can see how a once vibrant mall became almost empty. There may have been maybe 13 shops open in the entire mall.

I am an Indian national and have received an employment opportunity in Kuwait. I would like to confirm the requirements and procedure for attestation of my educational documents for the purpose of obtaining a Kuwait work visa/residency.

Salam everyone, Two months ago, I made a post asking if anyone had received their refund from the British Council after switching from a private candidate to a school candidate due to the escalation that started in Kuwait and other GCC in March 2026. Unfortunately, no one replied except one student.

So basically, The British Council sent an email in mid-April saying that they would refund the money to the students, and that we would then need to pay the same amount to the school if we are planning to transfer as school candidate0. I completed everything that was requested by both my brother's school and the British Council.

A few days after making the payment to the school, the British Council said that they had processed the refund. However, I didn't receive anything. I emailed them, and they replied saying that I would receive the refund within 4–6 weeks.

After waiting for more than two months without receiving anything, I kept messaging them but received no response. Eventually, after another two weeks, they replied and said that they had already refunded the money to the school.

At that time, the school was closed. Two weeks ago, the school reopened, and I contacted the coordinator. She told me that the school had not received anything from the British Council. They also emailed the British Council about the issue, but they haven't received a reply either.

Today, I received another message from the British Council saying that they won't refund me because the money has already been refunded and that I need to check with the school.

Again, the school says they have no idea where the money is. They aren't really guiding me on what to do next, and I feel like neither side is taking responsibility for the situation.

I'm making this post because I want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or if this is only happening to a few students.

When I made my previous post two months ago, only one student replied and said they were experiencing the same issue.

If anyone knows anything about this, or if you know someone who took the Cambridge May/June 2026 exams as a private candidate and then switched to a school candidate, could you please ask them if they received their refund?

Im 23 years old and currently staying with my father who is a horrible person narcissist and controling and do bad things which i cant say, never gave me proper education my whole life ive been at home, when i turned 22 i didnt try hard enough to find a job on my own which (i regret) so he put me along side with him at work which is a very toxic place, he yells at people screams at them he is not a person you should be around a complete prick to the core he has kept me in check by fear and control saying i wouldnt make far in life without him while he was the one who cripple me ive reached to a point where i want to leave the house and far away as possible, but im scared that as soon as i walk outside the door i wont make it the lack education and im afraid that no one will hire me when i have nothing to offer, i want to complete my educaton hopefully get into a collage but all that starts with leaving this house, all i ask is what can i do to overcome this,
