We've been seeing what we've dubbed "vote for" posts recently, and the reception to them has been mixed.
The time has come to decide.
We're talking about the posts that have the comments fill in the blanks, based on either the most popular comment, funniest comment, or whatever the OP's criteria is. These types of posts are usually accompanied by an image, such as a tier list, which the OP then updates for the next post. They're often repeated daily, incorporating the "winner" from the last post into the next one.
Examples would be:
- "Which character best fits <thing in the list>?"
- "Ranking all dragons! Which dragon goes in <tier>?"
Some people consider those posts spam, karma farming, low effort, etc. Other people love interacting with them.
We want to know what the subreddit truly thinks. Based on the result of the poll, we'll alter our moderation parameters to either remove those posts, or keep them.

Place to post all about your headcanons, created so that we don't get dozens of these types of posts every week. In-depth posts analyzing a headcanon and why they were formed/one's opinion on them will be allowed if they establish themselves apart from generic posts of this topic.

So, I'm working now on the poster for my version of HTTYD 3 and I can't find some photos and I'm taking the inspiration from Stranger Things 5 poster and I need you to find me 5 main dragons from a side with their rider. I know you might reject it, but if you do so, it will come back to you.

I think if the Scauldron can land a direct hit, then it wins but if it can't then I'm not sure who wins

Vain and vicious, look but don’t touch one of the most dangerous members of the modern sharp class; The Vibrant Venomblade.
These light footed beasts subsist off of a specialized diet of toxic fruits and fish to produce a potent poison. Their razor sharp wings and tails drip with paralytic venom and even their fire is tinged a toxic green. The dragon’s bright colors make it even more obvious that it has no need for stealth.
As sharp as their bodies can be, they have attitudes that are just as prickly. They love being fawned upon and happily bask in praise, so long as you keep your distance. Dust, dirt, and other things that can dull their colors are staunchly avoided. If you plan to tame a venomblade play to their pride. Failing to be sufficiently impressed by their looks will be seen as a grave slight and will likely result in an affronted attack. Wearing bright colors your self and sharing an appreciation for the dragon’s looks will endear it to you as a peer.

Inspired by Hello Future Me
What if the dragons are in modern times, where would they live?
Night Furies are actually temperate or warm-climate predators, not native Arctic dwellers. Maybe the Pacific Northwest (USA/Canada) or the fjords of New Zealand in deep seaside sea-caves and steep maritime cliffs. Also side note Skrills would live in high places like Catatumbo, Venezuela or the Himalayas.
Boulder class dragons would be in Iceland or the Mulu Caves of Borneo. Cause heavy, bulky dragons like the Gronckle would thrive around active volcanic chains like Iceland, where molten basalt and abundant minerals provide an endless food source. Conversely, the blind, tunneling Whispering Death would dominate massive underground limestone karst systems, using its rotating teeth to carve out subterranean networks entirely isolated from the surface world.
Thunderdrums, Scauldrons, and most other sea dragons would be in Antarctica or the Greenland Sea for obvious reasons.
Monstrous Nightmare most likely in Geothermal Valleys & Active Volcanic Belts like Sunda Volcanic Arc (Indonesia), Rotorua, or Yellowstone National Park. After all Their bright, warning colors (red, green, orange) and tendency to set themselves on fire function as visual deterrents. This behavior is ideal for dense, competitive tropical rainforest ecosystems adjacent to active volcanoes, where they would establish dominant apex-predator status over massive territories.
Deadly Nadder and Hideous Zippleback would live in Dense Subtropical Scrublands & Lowland Forests maybe Pantanal Wetlands (Brazil), the Australian Outback/Bush where there's plenty of cover in trees.
But that's just my opinion, what do you think?
