Hello so I just bought capcut teams pro(2seats) with my bestfriend and my bestfriend is the one who purchased it making her the owner. Right now it's already been a day since we purchased it and I still haven't gotten the pro features despite being sure that my account is already in the teams. I'm gonna list out the things that I've done to solve this before I posted this

- Signing in and out of the account

- Yes I made sure the account in the teams and the account I was logging into wasn't wrong

- We just bought it so I doubt the membership has already been overdue

- I've tried logging in all of my devices including mac, phone, and ipad

- Checked if the version I had was outdated and no it wasn't

I've also noticed that capcut teams pro never work on macbook. Like this is our 2nd time making a new account and buying capcut pro again and it really doesn't work on macbook despite it working on other devices. I wouldn't want to use the web version since it lacks a lot of features that I really need. Please help, do any of you experience the same problem?

hello! i have currently got a macbook air with m2 chip, 8gb of ram and 256 gb of internal storage but my storage fills up so quick and its so difficult to edit and i am wanting to start making and editing short films asap, im just wondering what i should change, whether i should save for a new setup (windows or something? idk?) or if i am missing something obvious and should be buying special add ons or something? please any advice is really appreciated xx
