graphite Sketching after years of burnout (and some very very old stuff from highschool)
Tried to make a living off of it back then, but it really was just pocketmoney (one portrait = one night out in the city — those were the days) 😅😊

seeking crit These are some of my sketches, any advice on where to improve?
I'm trying to get back into drawing/sketching more often. I've been doing art for 11 years but I am by no means advanced 😅 just wanting to know where I should try to improve. Thank you in advance!

from a photo The first drawing I did with acrylics.
start date and end date:
26 Gen 2026-15 Feb 2026
The surface I used wasn’t one of the best (cardboard from the back of a sketchbook). I didn’t really spend much time thinking about where to make it; I just started drawing.
At first, it was supposed to be just a test, but then I started to like it.

showcase It looks like a BMW logo… until you zoom in
I drew this BMW logo entirely by hand using tiny handwritten letters.
No digital drawing or printing for the artwork itself, just a pen, a lot of tiny writing, and probably an unreasonable amount of patience.
The full image looks like a normal BMW logo from a distance, but the details show up when you zoom in.
Close-up is definitely worth seeing.
