They blew a tire because they veered into the curb. The guy is clearly intoxicated.

I mean, the guy is almost certainly intoxicated, but people are regularly arrested for having an actual medical emergency like a stroke.

One of the police departments near me is being sued because few years back they booked a guy having a stroke and denied him medical assistance because they said he was just tweaking. They found him on the floor of his cell later foaming at the mouth and had him sent to a hospital where he died from the stroke.

His name was Kingsley Bimpong if you want to look up the case. There are others as well.

I actually didn't clock the tire, good eye but they were driving erratically before and after. So i think its more than just the tire.

Someone pointed out and I didn’t catch it at first but the tire blew cause he hit the curb
