Yeah, it starts like this, but then immediately winds up on a video called 'Georgia State Police 10 Best High Speed Pit Maneuvers' on YouTube

I suspect this gentleman won't ever be in Georgia. Pretty sure this is Central or South America.

Some people end up doing long stretches in prison. Tammy Sytch, the WWE "it" girl of the 90s. Became a horrible drinker, went to rehab several times. Drunkenly beat her boyfriends. And eventually "borrowed" a car, drove like our friend here but faster. Hit a parked car, unfortunately a guy was asleep in the car. The guy was killed and she's now in prison for a long stretch.
