Feedbacks Beginner here

I'm 14 and I'm relatively tall like around 175 cm, I've just recently started breaking and about a month in. I'm asking for feedback on how to achieve flow when doing top rock into footwork as I already have most basic moves such as 1,2,3,4,6,12 step and all top rock foundations.

is there a way to make my movement unique without getting lost in the beat?

First thing you have to do is snap your fingers to create a rhythm, then you have to "walk with style" frontward, backward, sideward, turning, spinning, squating, and so on. I suggest to make a time to train without music because sometimes you are so focused into match the rhythm that you lose the clean execution

And if you already have the basics, you can try to test variations so when you battle you won't repeat your toprocks and footworks on all your rounds. Learning to do them both sides can help you too, changing the flow can do magic when doing footworks

Bro, I'm 40 years old and I don't get it!

But, I know the key is to get lost! Get lost in the beat. To where you don't even know who you are anymore.

That is the key.

I'm 40 yrs old. I just googled the other day.

'How to do a proper windmills'.

It doesn't stop.

Just go with the flow.
