Tbh, you look like you could pull off the rugged the short cropped/buzzcut + bushy beard look

It’ll make the baldness less prominent and draw the focus towards your beard

Even better if you highlight the waves in your beard

This is a getting close type situation. You could even try a buzz to start. You'll look badass with a shaved head though.

Don’t shave it off, get it buzzed low with the sides and back faded
So 1-2 up top
Medium fade
Fade it to 0.5 or so
Have it lined up with the machine not with the razor
And tell him to line it up as minimally as possible as natural as possible
And trim the beard down to half of what it is rn
