Question/Help Unity2D Isometric game

Hi Everyone,

Im creating a 2D isometric game in unity 2D inspired by hades!, im struggling around the scale of the world, in terms of the assets and the character asset and the camera orthographic size.

Im just not sure what orthographic size to set it on and what size my assets should be.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all work with references. You already have one you named. So play the game and take some screenshots where you can look at objects you want to represent in your game. Then, you can just cut out them in any visual editor and compare them to your scales in game.

The other way is just put a full screenshot of the reference game in the unity editor as a Sprite and make its alpha 0.5 so you can fit all of your objects and camera settings according to the reference.

But if we are talking seriously, you have to have some sort of visual base like figma or any platform where you can store images and text boxes so you can write the sizes of your objects in unity units system. It will be a perfect solution for you so you will not be missing out this anymore.
