I was the Beans Machine in this situation and I admit this was a very big send however I was alongside and I'm pretty sure I would have made the corner but I felt that black car turned in on me. This very much could entirely be my fault but I'll leave it to y'all to decide

After this incident he claimed that i should see the blue flag and so this incident is my own fault. Then he proceeded to argue that iRacing rules are sh*t and i should know better to leave him the space. Tell me - am i wrong for sticking to my line?

I need to make public how Antonio Martino pulled off one of the most absurdly calculated cheats I’ve ever seen in iRacing. Honestly, I’m amazed at how deliberate it was.

At the start of the Porsche Cup race, he skipped the first chicane entirely, cutting the track in a way that gained him FIVE positions. Not only that he calculated the exact line to minimize the slowdown penalty and even avoided the cone getting stuck under his car. He knew exactly what he was doing. After serving the penalty, he still kept those five spots and immediately dove into the next chicane, throwing his car at another driver while fighting for position after cheating in the very first corner.

I can’t imagine how many times this guy has pulled this off in other races or track combos. A cheater will always be a cheater, and we don’t need people like this in the service. Pathetic.

P.S. I reported him. iRacing stewards will probably DQ him and hand out a week suspension, but in my opinion, that’s nowhere near enough for someone who cheats this blatantly.

What should the penalty be?

I deserved to lose on the straight? I know I should have given the orange car more space. I'm still learning how to race — this was only my third race.

For context Im the first pov car, saw yellow flags and slowed down. Got smashed in the rear by the other car. I feel like im not at fault but also i may have slowed down too much. Looks like a genuine accident but wanted opinions.

well just like the title , the green beemer said " im sorry for the contact but you also didnt give more room, even though you much faster " but on my POV, he just outbraked himself.

Yesterday at a Championship race in Laguna I (GT3) got taken out by this LMP2.

From my perspective, he dove in from way too far back into a corner where GT3s are already on the absolute limit (most of my track limits are here) so it was obvious an incident would happen (if not with me, with someone else).

I always try to race clean and dodge desperate divebombs from prototype drivers, but this move felt completely reckless, as according to the rules the faster car should overtake safely - which this is not in 100 years.

I could report this but LMU stewards are a known hit and miss, so what is your opinion on this?

So for context (im the pov car) after the straight at Paul Ricard im right on his bumper so i go deep into the corner for a better exit when i get along side him i get turned across his front bumper i chopped it up to a racing incident but the dude was mad that i “cost him safety rating” even though I feel like if it was anyones fault it was his since i was squeezed a bit much anyways just wanted to share and see if anyone has any opinions

I’m the yellow Mazda on the left.

A yellow flag was already showing and there was clearly an accident and smoke ahead. The Mazda to my right kept going alongside me until he reached the crashed car, then moved left to avoid it and hit me, sending me into the wall.

My lane looked clear, so I stayed left. I think an earlier lift from him would probably have prevented the secondary crash, although I could also have slowed more once the yellow appeared.

Who is responsible for the contact?

The red car crashes me, it seems on pourpouse
