okay lemme rant

today is the absolute worst day of my cycle, and my cramps are so bad that I can barely stand up straight. I took 800mg of ibuprofen before my 9:00 AM class, but it feels like it didn't even work for the pain. On top of the intense lower back aching, the bloating is so bad that the waistband of my sweatpants is digging into my stomach and making the nausea ten times worse. i had to sit through a grueling 3hr lab today in the uncomfy plastic chairs, terrified the entire time that I was going to leak through my clothes because i ran outta tampons. I was so hyper-focused on managing the physical discomfort and counting down the minutes that I didn't absorb a single word of the material, which means I'm already tracking behind for next week's quiz. thankfully my friend was in the building to bring me a spare tampon and a heating patch. okay now that you got this far hopefully all the guys scrolled passed already. anyways, i was thinking of opening a case on some of the guys on campus who have sa’d anyone or anything along those lines. i was looking to see if anyone had any names they could give me so my friends and i can build a case of people who also went through something similar, i feel the more of us that come forward, maybe the school will actually take this seriously. dm me if you have any names of anyone on campus who we should watch out for and maybe if enough of you guys mention the same person/people, we can do something, so dm me. It is so exhausting trying to maintain a perfect GPA and act like a functioning student when your hormones are actively draining every ounce of your energy. i’m so tired of the unspoken rule that we just have to quietly suffer through this every single month without complaining. Does anyone else get so wiped out by hormonal fatigue during their week that they literally cannot focus on studying, or do you have any holy grail remedies for managing sudden, blinding cramps when you're stuck on campus all day?

Before being depressed I used to be anti social and more introverted. I was okay with doing things by myself and I didn't feel the need to meet people. Now I socialize all the time and I constantly need someone besides me to distract me from my mood. I did make some good friends that understand me and that I can trust, but I feel like it's not doing anything. I feel like meeting people is just a temporary solution to a problem that I can't solve. At the end of the day I just feel lonely and depressed again. Sometimes I even feel that way even when I'm with my friends.

Also I don't feel depressed 24/7, but I can't control my mood when I feel depressed. It feels like something that I can't stop even if I want it to stop so badly. Sometimes I feel happy and I feel normal like I'm not depressed at all. But other times I feel like there's no progress and I'm just so depressed. I've tried many things but I still feel this way and I don't know why.

I don't know where this is going but thank you for reading.

hello! i am taking biochem this fall and was wondering if anyone has any advice to do well and get an A in the class. lets say i basically have no bio knowledge atm (i legit forgot every single thing its been a min since i took bio 1 and 2). anyway any tips to survive the semester and do well? our first exam is on the 24th (3 weeks from now😭) if anyone has any past exams or knows where i can get them, that would be very helpful as well! also whats the formatting of exams? is it all multiple choice, mix of mc + short answer, etc...

Everyone I meet implies they already have enough people they are close to and I just end up being an acquaintance despite having great conversations. Ive tried clubs, sports, lecture halls etc and its all the same thing
