And Mark Carney is respected by at least some credible people that he did not need to pay or intimidate to say nice things about him.

Drumpf wishes he was named only 1,500 times. It was 38,000 times.
Thirty eight thousand times he is named checked in the files relating to a global sex pedo trafficker.
But sure, nothing to see here, according to Ka$h Paypal.

I am curious, why a bag? Easier storage, longer freshtime? I would think itd be easier to work with than plastic cartons
9
u/zackks 15h ago
Lower emissions: Milk bags produce 60% to 80% fewer greenhouse gases during manufacturing than rigid plastic jugs or paperboard cartons. [1]
Less water and energy: Producing a milk bag requires up to 98% less water than cartons and uses 20% to 30% less overall energy. [1, 2]
Reduced landfill waste: Even when sent to a landfill without recycling, the thin polyethylene film of a bag results in a lower overall environmental footprint than bulky plastic jugs.
4
u/Decent-Quit8600 15h ago
See, that all makes sense. We should switch to that here in dumbfuck usa

I've lived in Canada for almost 40 years and I have never once seen milk in a bag. Its all plastic jugs or paper cartons.

u/Wide-Yak7602 11h ago
I remember milk in a bag in BC 1970ās. I believe backeast still has milk in a bag.
1
u/DokZayas 10h ago
Ontario has always had it. I've never looked into the other provinces, but I'm sure we're not the only ones.
1
u/belsaurn 6h ago
I think you are unless itās in Quebec.
1
u/DokZayas 2h ago
I googled it. Bagged milk is available in Ontario, Quebec, and the maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI).
3
u/ninfan1977 16h ago
The only reason why I hate this stereotype. It is only on the East, not all of Canada. Yet all of Canada gets associated with it.
Americans in New York say Eh all the time. Only Canadians get made fun of for saying it.
2
1
u/Careless-Bite3164 15h ago
Canadian: How's it going, eh?
New Yorker: Eh, how's it going?
Completely different.

u/Wjldenver 15h ago
And here is Trump ranking himself as the Best U.S. President in history. Laughable.
3
u/rematar 15h ago
At the same time, paradoxically, Trump appears to be trying all the time, laboring restlessly, compulsively to be noticed, to win, to dominate the room, to avenge slights, to force reality into the shape of his fantasies, or just to read the world around him properly.
Also, his diaper stinks.
6
u/FakeSmileandDeadEyes 15h ago
And yet, despite all of these things, Trump was still elected twice by the US citizens.
Trump is a symptom of a sick society, not the cause.
3
u/BearlyDraconic01 15h ago
Trump was actually mentioned in the Epstein files over a million times according to congresspeople who have seen the unredactrd files.

Mark Carney is a globalist elite World Economic Forum foot soldier and pet of former leader Klaus Schwab.
He represents everything that's wrong with the world along with his buddies George Soros and Bill Gates.
if you want your country sold out and fucked up, vote for someone like him and the WEF to run it.
If you support Carney you're either one of the Globalist Elite or one of their āuseful idiotsā.
You're welcome,

"Supreme Court of the United States ruled in Trump v. United States) (2024) that all presidents have absolute criminal immunity for official acts under core constitutional powers, presumptive immunity for other official acts."
Paired with:
"Previously, the Supreme Court had found in Nixon v. Fitzgerald (1982) that the president has absolute immunity from civil damages actions regarding conduct within the "outer perimeter" of their duties."
Makes it pretty easy for a President to abuse power to make money in ways that would be unlawful for ordinary citizens.

u/papapundit 13h ago
In normal times there is a thing called "checks and balances". Unfortunately Trump and Maga have been able to completely dismantle these.
Congress has a job to check on the executive and does so in several committees. They have one for budgets, judicial, defense etc. Maga Republicans control all of them and they refuse to perform their duties. They've even given up some of their power to the executive and refuse to hold them accountable for anything. Congress holds the purse, controls taxes and tariffs and declares war if needed. They have allowed Trump to do these things unilaterally, never intervened or held him accountable. Ofcourse, he has "little Maga Mike Johnson" pulling the strings on his behalve, and what he lacks in competence he makes up for in loyalty. Any Democratic legislation or amendment trying to end things like insider trading or gerrymandering is quickly smothered by the GOP.
There are also a handful of Inspectors General to keep an eye on things, but most if not all of them were send packing. On January 24, 2025, U.S. president Donald Trump announced the immediate firing of at least 17 inspectors general at federal government cabinet departments and agencies. Another guardrail around the executive power removed.
The final failsafe is Scotus, which has a 6-3 conservative - progressive split. That means Trump has a 6-3 advantage. Luckily the Trump admin is so incompetent that Scotus had to rule against them a handful of times. Not because they want to, but because they couldn't really do anything else. They have shown an exceptional willingness to work with Trump and his admim and overlook all but his most blatant lawlessness. Scotus allowes Trump to continue work on his ballroom regardless of ongoing litigation. Even though Judge Roberts called it "likely unlawful", he does allow Trump to build on.
Unlike Trumpās first term, his second term hardly seems to have any brakes.

"prime minister of Canada" feels like they were just trying to stretch the list.
Edit: what's with the downvotes? This is silly, this is quite literally sinking to their level, just either add president to the right or swap it out for another qualification for Carney, theres a good few to choose from.
9
u/14YourTrouble 16h ago
They could have used Chair of the board of directors at Brookfield

1
u/Mattscrusader 12h ago
In not trolling?
I'm literally just calling out a glaring inconsistency, swap it out for another one of his qualifications or just add "president" under Trump.
Ya need to calm down and stop assuming everything is a fight. Im Canadian and fully in support of this post, just let's be consistent

So the dude on the left is for using economic power to force the world to do his bidding; keeping disadvantaged countries on the world bank teet forever; and the one on the right wants to use it to enrich himself.
I'm sorry, his creds are not the boast you think they are, though they seem better at a glance than a pedo felon.

-1
u/okymoney Just Chill š 13h ago
I love how i get downvoted for real facts⦠so there is some sort of connection.
2
u/Candid_Lobster_6533 12h ago
There's a chance you've breathed in my fart particles. We're connected if so. Some might call that a stretch but there ARE no coincidences.
1
u/DisgruntledEngineerX 11h ago
I love how the "woke mind virus" has infected the right and you're all victims now too.
You said it was Carney's wife. It wasn't. It was her sister and she happened to go to the same school as Maxwell for a couple years. That doesn't mean anything beyond that. They stopped even being at the same school at the age of nine. It's a rather egregious stretch to imply some connection between Carney and Epstein or his wife, because Lady Rotherwick was in the same place as Maxwell for a brief period of time.
I bet you could find tens of thousands of people who were in elevators at the same time as Maxwell, does that mean they're connected?

-15
u/COMOJoeSchmo 16h ago
Just because you're a good person doesn't mean you have good policies though.
1
u/Dddddd92 13h ago
Says the dude who wanted to ban federal social programs while posting photos of a VA hospital
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Yes. VA healthcare is a condition of employment with the military. It's a recruitment incentive (if you're injured in the line of duty, well take care of you).
I wouldn't consider that a social program that everyone just gets for free by virtue of existing.
I don't see what that has to do with this particular point.
Looking at Canada, their current governmental policies show a serious lack of concern for individual rights, such as property ownership and free speech. These may be well intentioned policies supported by good people, but in principle and execution these policies are immoral.
There are plenty examples on this side of the boarder as well.
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
"I wouldn't consider that a social program" - it is a social program funded by federal taxes which you want to abolish because you are too dumb to understand economics
And frankly you should not be talking about any countries politics. You lack even fundamental knowledge
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Yes yes, because I have a different opinion than you I obviously lack knowledge. Isn't that just always the way?
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
It's not an opinion. Funding of VA hospitals is a social program.
You can consider an apple is not an apple. But it's not an opinion. You are just denying a fact.
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Yes, but it's only available as a condition of employment for military personnel...so at best I'll meet you half way, it's not a public social program, it's a military benefit.
Would you consider feeding soliders a social program?
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
VA benefits and VA hospitals are by definition social programs. You cannot change definitions because you have a different opinion. That is redundant
1
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Also, if you read more of my history, you'll see I oppose foreign intervention to include wars. Ideally someday the VA hospital system would no longer be necessary if we drastically reduce the size of the military and limit it's activities to within our own boarders. In the meantime we have to fulfill promises already made.
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
Good luck doing that. The American economy depends on war crimes. The military illegal attacked Venezuela and stole their oil. That's how America runs.
The CIA spends more time and money funding militia in the middle east than giving people healthcare. Like I said, you don't understand it.
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Yes. I agree. And like having social programs, that is a practice I'd like to see end.
I'd like to see our nation respect the rights of its citizens, and respect the sovereignty and self determination of people abroad.
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
Still haven't understood what social programs are š
0
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Simple. I'd like to see an end to Medicare, Social Security, SNAP and many others because they are funded by violating the property rights of others through taxation.
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago edited 12h ago
So cut food assistance, healthcare and income for disabled, retired, poor people. Cool. A truly marvellous take. You are a genius.
1
u/COMOJoeSchmo 12h ago
Yes. Unless the government can find some other way to fund these things other than confiscating a portion of the property (money) of half its citizens by force, then these programs should be ended. Those already enrolled should be allowed to finish out, but no one new should be enrolled.
1
u/Dddddd92 12h ago
The government is funded by taxes. Duh. Your taxes fund the VA hospital.
It's no wonder you don't understand this because you have no clue what a budget looks like.
