Half fried, the way I like it

No matter what food I try I come back to paratha for breakfast, it's just that nothing is as filling as this. BUT it ruins my calorie deficit so I want to try other breakfast options that are somewhat fulfilling. Guys I go to uni and I get hungry in the FIRST lecture if I had something else for breakfast.

Please give some solid suggestions 🥺.

Made pasta at home first time bohat garmi thi kitchen mei tu thora sa bad idea. Alao forgit to divide the dough first and roll after.🤫

Sauce is whote sauce with darri mirch, black pepper, salt and keema ki tikki (also ketchup for personal taste)
