So instead of that , now i give them measurable thing to be defined as done , i think it will helps , i will make it easy at first , and then i will add other stuff ofcourse if i finish all this plans quickly each day

Here's the updated of what i'll do today :

🏋 Exercise (Low priority but done first) 60 diamond pushups (15 × 3)

🟩 Language Duolingo daily mission

refine portofolio & find new remote jobs

do company work 9-5

develop both of my freelances project

and now i have new trick while working like i put my iphone on airplane mode then download epub for atomic habits , since then my craving to binge watch youtube tiktok etc gone , i become a reader while working lmao

so far its looking good

Achievement Day 12/90 — Something Is Starting to Change

Day 12.

Today started pretty late.

I woke up around 9:30 AM after sleeping around 2 AM because I was working on job applications and researching how to improve my chances.

Definitely need to fix that sleep schedule.

Morning

I went through my usual news and finance.

I didn't go for my morning run or do my workout today. I decided to treat today as a rest day for both.

But I did go swimming.

And...

NEW PR — 500m

My previous PR was 400m, so that's another 100m improvement.

Seeing these small improvements happening one after another is honestly motivating me more than I expected.

Studying

My studying was better today as well.

It's still nowhere near where I want it to be, but compared to where I started this challenge, I can clearly see a difference.

I'm slowly getting better at actually sitting down and doing the work.

Reading

I've been reading The 48 Laws of Power.

Until now, I usually read around 10 pages at a time.

Today I actually completed an entire chapter/law.

Again, it might sound like a very small thing, but for me it's another sign that my ability to sit with something is improving.

The biggest change isn't physical

This is probably the most interesting part of this whole challenge so far.

I've started noticing changes in the way I think.

I'm getting random ideas throughout the day.

I'm noticing things I didn't notice before.

My thoughts feel a little clearer.

I'm starting to understand certain things about myself and reality differently.

It's subtle.

I'm not suddenly some incredibly disciplined or enlightened person.

But I can feel something changing.

And what's even more interesting is that I'm starting to get ideas that I genuinely want to execute.

The problem?

Sometimes I'm still afraid.

Sometimes I'm lazy.

Sometimes I hesitate and go back to the comfortable option.

But there's now this tiny feeling inside me saying:

"Just do it."

And honestly, that feeling is new.

Before, I would get an idea and immediately find a reason not to do it.

Now there's at least a small part of me that wants to act on it.

I think that's progress.

Day 12 realization

Maybe self-improvement isn't always something dramatic that you can measure.

Sometimes it's just:

You notice more.

You think differently.

You want more.

You hesitate less.

You start believing that maybe you can actually change.

I'm proud of that.

I still have a lot to fix.

My sleep is still bad.

I'm still procrastinating.

I'm still afraid of taking action sometimes.

But something is definitely different compared to Day 0.

Day 12/90 complete.

I don't need to become a completely different person tomorrow.

I just need to give that tiny voice telling me "go do it" a little more control.

Let's see what happens.

Achievement We all are struggling with consistency

What is one small habit that completely changed your daily routine for the better? I’m here working on my system and trying to automate the basics so I can focus on real growth, but sometimes it gets hard to keep track when things feel overwhelming, so those of you who have been in this spot before, let's shaare some help figuring out how to manage better for us, so we can finally stop falling behind and start growing more effectively even when the path is unclear or chaotic.

I am back + 120 days plan

Long time. I used to post here 6 years ago when I was preparing for my college entrance exams. Man, It has been so long. Good thing is I aced the exam, got into a college of my choice and now I have a well compensating job. What more can I ask for.

But, I want my life to be more than this. I do like my job - it is in a field I like and pays handsomely. But I need more, some work which I can call my own. I have always been fascinated by content creation and putting myself out there. No, I am not good at it yet. Watching other people, much younger than me do this, makes me feel why I did not start earlier. But yeah, the next best time to start anything is now.

I have a plan of a 120 days - to actually find myself and work towards my goals. I will list my goals below -

  • Content Creation - I will put myself out there, starting from YT and instagram
  • Bodybuilding - I have a considerable amount of muscle, so I want to shred down
  • Communication - I will improve my speaking skills, very much a necessary life skill

For bodybuilding, my plan is to gym 5x a week (M-F), eating ~1600kcal and getting enough sleep. Communication could be helped by talking to more people, reading books and being confident in myself.

Below is the list of things, the activities, I would track everyday -

  1. Exercise
  2. Nutrition
  3. Sleep
  4. Instagram CC
  5. YouTube CC
  6. Life Skills

I will update EOD for the next 120 days. We are all gonna make it.

Achievement Day 11/90 — Better Than Yesterday, Even If It's Just 1%

Today was honestly such a great day.

I think this might be my best day of the challenge so far.

Running

I went for my morning run and managed to go about 200m farther than my previous longest run.

What surprised me even more was my stamina.

I was able to run around 2 km continuously without taking a break, while maintaining a steady pace.

A few weeks ago, I wouldn't have expected that from myself.

Now I'm thinking of slowly increasing the distance every day — even if it's just a little.

Nothing crazy.

Just letting the small improvements compound.

Morning

After coming back, I went through my news and finance, had breakfast, and then...

I took a nap.

A 3-hour nap.

Definitely something I need to cut down because it's eating into my day and probably isn't helping my sleep schedule either.

Taking care of myself

Later I:

- Worked out

- Washed my clothes

- Did some skincare/face care

- Took a cold shower

I also ended up watching some random videos, which is another thing I need to get better at controlling.

Career & job search

One of the most important things I did today was start seriously working on my job applications and career visibility.

Instead of just blindly applying to jobs, I spent some time researching how to actually increase my chances of getting noticed.

I learned more about referrals and how they can help with job applications, which gave me a much better understanding of how I should approach my search.

That's something I want to continue working on.

Studying & learning

My studying was also better than yesterday.

I read my book, studied, and took my assessment class with the students.

The assessment sessions are surprisingly useful for me too because explaining concepts forces me to revise and understand the basics properly.

After that, I started looking into new topics in my profession, including MCP, which I'm currently exploring.

The mindset I'm taking forward

Looking back at today, there were still things I could have done better.

The 3-hour nap.

The unnecessary videos.

I could have studied more.

But overall, I feel genuinely proud of today.

And I think I've finally found a mindset that I want to carry through these 90 days:

I don't need tomorrow to be dramatically better than today.

I just want it to be slightly better.

Run 200m more.

Study 15 minutes longer.

Waste 20 minutes less.

Learn one new thing.

Finish one more task.

Improve one habit.

Because if I keep making small improvements, eventually they won't be small anymore.

Day 11/90 complete.

Tomorrow's goal:

Be better than yesterday — even if it's only by 1%.

Discussion I don’t even know why I’m posting this… but I feel like I need to share it

Well, I honestly don’t know why I’m posting this. This is probably my first post in this community, because I’m not really someone who posts things randomly.

But I think there’s always this inner feeling in us that wants to share what we’re going through with someone not necessarily because we want sympathy, but because maybe someone else can give us a perspective, some knowledge, or simply help us understand what’s happening.

I could tell you who I am, what I do, where I’m at in life, and all the usual stuff. But honestly, right now I feel stuck in a very confusing and furious loop.

At this point in my life, I’m supposed to focus on my work, build my career, and somehow balance everything else that comes with being an adult. But instead, I feel like I’m just living the same day over and over again.

An endless loop.

I think I’m growing. At least, I want to believe I am. People around me probably think I’m doing well. From the outside, it might even look like I have a great life.

But when I compare myself to my own past self especially who I was around 7 years ago when I was still in school I honestly feel like I’m not doing well.

And that's the part that hurts.

Life has become so tangled that sometimes it feels like I’m just stuck at one point, carrying everyone’s expectations and trying to become the person everyone thinks I should be.

And somewhere in all of this, I keep waiting for my old self to come back.

The version of me who didn’t overthink everything.

The version who had some direction.

The version who probably didn’t even realize how simple life felt back then.

Maybe I’m not actually looking for my “past self” to come back. Maybe I just miss the way I felt back then.

I don't really know.

I’m posting this without having a proper conclusion or some big life lesson. I just felt like putting it somewhere.

Maybe someone here has been through something similar.

How do you know whether you’re actually growing, or just getting better at surviving the same loop?

Achievement Day 10/90 — Maybe I'm Doing More Than I Realize

Day 10 was a good day.

Today I was much more occupied than usual, but unlike some of the previous days, I actually managed to get quite a lot done.

I had planned to go for a morning run, but I didn't wake up on time because I stayed up late working on the video from yesterday.

So the morning run didn't happen.

But after that, things went pretty well.

The usual stuff

News & finance

Read my book

Studied

Swimming

Workout

I also had my assessment mentoring session.

Interestingly, teaching those sessions is actually helping me revise some basic concepts too. Sometimes explaining something to someone else makes you realize how much you actually remember — and what you need to improve.

About yesterday's video

Yesterday I wasn't satisfied with the video and was almost certain I wouldn't post it.

But I made some changes, did a few additional shots, and got a new idea that I incorporated into it.

Eventually, I decided to post it.

And honestly...

I'm glad I did.

It received some really good responses and feedback.

That made me realize that sometimes the thing you think isn't good enough might actually be worth putting out there.

Maybe I don't always need to wait until something feels perfect.

Finally fixed my laptop!

Another big thing today:

I finally fixed the Wi-Fi issue on my laptop that had been bothering me for almost a week.

I decided to actually take it seriously today and spent quite a lot of time troubleshooting it until I got it working.

I was also working on backing up my files and freeing up storage space, including using Command Prompt to clean things up.

None of these things were part of my original "90-day routine."

But looking back at the day, I actually did a ridiculous number of small chores and tasks without even consciously thinking about them.

And maybe that's something I need to recognize more often.

Still room to improve

Even though today was productive, I know I can do better.

The biggest thing I want to improve is how much focused time I put into studying and my personal projects.

I'm getting better at staying active and handling daily responsibilities, but I want to make sure I'm not just busy.

I want to become productive in the things that actually move my life forward.

Day 10 isn't perfect.

I missed my morning run.

I still stayed up too late.

And I could have spent more time studying.

But compared to where I started...

I'm moving.

10/90 complete.

Let's keep going.

Day 9/90 — Sometimes Done Still Doesn't Feel Good Enough

Day 9.

Today I only managed to do swimming.

Most of my day went into working on a video concept I had in mind. I spent hours shooting, editing, and putting everything together.

But after finishing it, I decided not to post it.

The video just didn't feel complete to me.

I wasn't satisfied with how the final result turned out, and I felt like something was missing. So instead of forcing myself to post something I wasn't proud of, I decided to leave it for now.

🎥 But maybe there's something to learn from this

I'm trying to build myself in multiple areas right now, and content creation is one of them.

I know that not every video is going to be amazing.

At the same time, I don't want to fall into the trap of perfectionism where I keep working on something forever and never actually put anything out.

There's a difference between:

"This needs improvement."

and

"This will never be good enough."

I need to figure out which one I'm dealing with.

Today I spent a lot of time creating something, even though I didn't end up publishing it.

So I'm not going to call the day completely wasted.

But I also know I neglected the other things I wanted to do.

No studying.

No reading.

No workout.

No run.

Just swimming and working on the video.

Day 9 lesson

I think I need to get better at finishing things without needing them to be perfect.

And tomorrow, I need to get back to the rest of my routine instead of letting one project consume the entire day.

9/90 complete.

Still here. Still trying.
