We had an application that others were filling out. Changes were made to it. the name field was deleted and replaced with individual spaces for the name. They now want it back to how it was originally done. When I put the name field back, all of the previous applicants names are now missing. Is there any way to get this back?

Is there anyway to get the old data back?
