Hey guys! I’m going to the London itzy concert, and I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster. They aren’t on the OVO app yet(TM said they will be accessible a couple days before the concert) but when I try to open the Access your tickets folder in the Wallet part, the app just suddenly closes after asking for my passcode. I’m freaking out. I also made an AXS account but as I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster I can’t see them there. I never used this app before and have never been to London, let alone a concert there. I am TERRIFIED I won’t be able to go inside because of these technical difficulties cuz I’m not from England and have to travel there to attend the concert. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? Please help me!
