Audio Needed [RevShare] Looking for a MUSICIAN. 7.5% cut for a full soundtrack

COMPOSER ALREADY FOUND. THIS POST IS JUST BEING KEPT AS AN ARCHIVE

Hello. This is IGE. I have 9+ years experience in Unity Game Development, and i'm looking for a musician to compose a full OST for this small game.

GAME IDEA:

Press a big red button on time with a timer. Random cards can appear which change when or how your meant to press it.

MUSIC DIRECTION:

Fast, energetic, slightly tense. I'm open to the musician having creative freedom with the exact style.

Originally a submission to GMTK Game Jam 2026, ranking within the top 7%.

I'm planning for development time to take (more or less) 3 months. Music in my project isn't very vast. There might be about 11 tracks?

The cut I'm offering is 7.5%, but that can be subject to increase depending on works.

Previous works:

I work in British Summer Time (BST), but it's not a concern if your elsewhere.

Looking forward to work with you ;)

Programmers Needed [HOBBY] An new visual project; circus of automata.

Upvotes

Hello! I'm Holly, and I'm looking for a team—most preferably a coder or just one dedicated coder—to help me bring my first ever visual novel to life! I plan to handle the writing and the art myself using HiPaint and ibis Paint, but I need a programmer to help put it together in an engine like Ren'Py.

The Inspiration & Vibe

My game is heavily inspired by rogue mechanical characters (kind of like FNAF), combined with the dark, theatrical vibes of The Freak Circus and Trapped with Jester (two incredible visual novels I highly recommend checking out to get the exact atmosphere I'm aiming for!).

Note: Concept art will not be shown to the public just yet while I am finalizing the character designs!

Concepts You Can Expect in the Game (Subject to Change):

  • Full Romanceable Cast: Deep, dark romance routes for both the main cast (including characters named Valerius and Malico) and select side/background characters.
  • Cannibalistic Clockwork Troupe: A non-modern, historical fantasy setting featuring a troupe of sentient, flesh-eating jester automatons.
  • The Harlequin & Pierrot Dynamic: A central, intense, and violent psychological relationship between a chaotic leader and a tragic enabler.
  • Audio Cues: Unique character mechanics used for horror atmosphere (for example, a jester whose bells only activate and jingle when he is performing/hunting).
  • Multiple Endings: Choice-driven gameplay that dictates your survival and relationships.
  • Age Rating (13+): Will feature psychological terror, suspense, possible gore, and violence, but kept appropriate for a teen-and-up audience.
  • Point-Based Affection/Trust Mechanics: Choices that track how much a character likes or distrusts you, leading to different branches.
  • Custom Circus GUI: A fully customized visual interface, menus, and text boxes designed by me to fit the theatrical aesthetic.

thank you for reading, and i hope you will welcome my project with open arms in this community.

Team Needed [Paid] Solo/Small Dev for a ~3-Day-Content Mobile Prototype

Hi all,

I work on the project/publishing side of a mobile game studio, and

we're exploring a couple of early-stage concepts before committing

real production budget to either of them. Rather than greenlighting

a full build, we want a lightweight but genuinely playable prototype

first, so we can test the core loop with a small group of players and

see whether it's actually fun and whether people want to keep playing

it across multiple sessions. This is a paid commission, not a revenue

share or "for exposure" type of arrangement.

We're open to either genre direction below — pick whichever you have

more relevant experience with, and feel free to show me examples from

both if you've worked in both spaces before:

Option A: Roguelike Tower Defense

Option B: Simulation / Management game

WHAT I NEED:

- A mobile prototype with enough content to sustain roughly 3 days of

casual play, not just a single 2-3 minute loop. Think somewhere

around 8-12 runs or sessions, with some form of progression,

difficulty scaling, or unlock structure so there's a reason to come

back on day two and day three.

- Core mechanics need to be fully playable and reasonably balanced,

enough that we can actually judge "is this fun" and "do people want

to keep playing," not just look at a tech demo.

- Platform: Android APK that I can sideload and test directly on a

device.

- Placeholder or free-asset art is completely fine. I'm not looking

for custom art, UI polish, monetization systems, or localization at

this stage — this is purely about validating the gameplay itself.

- Touch controls should be designed for mobile from the start, not a

PC-style control scheme awkwardly mapped onto a touchscreen.

WHAT I DON'T NEED:

- Final art, sound design, or UI polish

- Monetization, ads, or IAP systems

- Multiplayer or backend/server infrastructure

- App store submission or publishing — I only need a testable build,

not a live release

TIMELINE: Looking for delivery within 1-2 weeks of kickoff, though I'm

open to discussing this once we've talked through scope together.

BUDGET: I'd rather you quote based on your own estimate of the actual

scope and hours involved than have me throw out a number first, since

content volume and complexity can vary a lot between these two

genres. Milestone-based payment works for me — a deposit upfront and

the remainder on delivery.

TO APPLY, please include:

  1. Links to 1-2 prior prototypes or demos you've built, ideally an

APK or a video of actual on-device gameplay rather than just

    concept art or a trailer

  2. Your estimated timeline and price for the scope described above

  3. Whether you use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude

Code, etc.) — not a requirement, I'm just curious about your

    workflow

  4. Your preferred engine (Unity, Godot, Cocos, or other) and whether

you've shipped to Android or iOS before

Feel free to comment below or send me a DM.

Thanks for reading, looking forward to hearing from you!

Team Needed [hobby] Team needed for "SOOT"-surreal short film animated no dialogue

Upvotes

SOOT is a surreal animated short I’ve been thinking about for a while. It takes place in this filthy, smoggy mining town where all the workers wear gas masks all the time. Nobody talks, nobody takes them off, everyone kind of blends together into just “workers.”

The main guy, Sevrot, runs into a girl who’s literally made out of soot and coal dust. Not covered in it, her actual body is dust. She keeps appearing around him and disappearing again, and eventually gives him a single red flower, which is weird because basically nothing grows in the town anymore.

He plants it, and later it leads him into this hidden garden full of plants and flowers. There he sees the same girl again, except now she looks human and wears a white dress.

The idea is that the soot girl and the garden girl are the same thing. She’s basically nature, but when Sevrot sees her through the polluted mining town, she gets “translated” into soot, coal and minerals because that’s all the town has left.

There’d be no dialogue or narration at all. The only words in the whole film would be the title and credits. A lot of it would rely on sound instead, especially the workers breathing through their gas masks, machinery, wind, coal moving around,yk.

I’ve got the story mostly worked out and I’ve started doing some very rough pencil sketches/storyboards. I’m not an animator and I’m definitely not amazing at drawing, so I’m mainly posting here to see if any animation/film students or hobby artists think the idea is interesting and would want to mess around with it.

It’s a no-budget passion project right now, so I’m not looking for people to work like employees or anything. I’d rather find a few people who actually like the idea and want to help shape it.

If anyone’s interested I can show the sketches and explain the rest of the story/ending.

Open to discussion

Team Needed [RevShare] Looking For Fellow UE5 FPS Dev's To Team Up!

If you are anything like me, a solo indie, you may have jumped between dozens of projects / ideas. But fall short in certain fields or maybe even find out that project isnt what you want to dedicate time to, and up scrapping the project and repeating the cycle. I have seen some cool projects emerge from youtube with a small passionate team making a game, and want the same experience, solo is getting boring and depressing lol.

I would love to chat with anyone interested in collaborating on a game together, I have nothing really in mind which is why I would love to find people in a similar situation as I. Where we could come up with a game together, and build it!

Some recent work I have done:

https://streamable.com/e0ifpq
https://streamable.com/inzaq0
https://streamable.com/s8ux6x
https://streamable.com/38g0kc
https://www.youtube.com/@OfficialNewFrontierGames

So yeah, if you are in a similar spot as me and would like to potentially team up on a project together, hit me up. I am mostly experienced in and prefer to work on FPS games, but TPS is also fine if the idea is solid!

Audio Offer [ForHire] Composer looking for projects to contribute to

I've been composing music as a hobby for several years now and have recently come to the point where I want to turn this hobby into something more serious. To that end, I'm looking for opportunities to work on your projects, to help improve my portfolio, skills, get my music out there, and just spend more time making music compared to what I can do with my own solo projects.

At the moment, I'm looking for, primarily, paid work or revshare projects.
I'm not so much looking for money specifically as I am looking for something to get me progressing towards professional work.

I can be convinced to work for free if I find your project particularly inspiring, and I think I would really have something to contribute.

Ultimately, I don't want to give your project anything less than what it deserves, so if you're interested in my sound and think it's what your project needs, please talk my ear off about your project so we can discuss if I'm the right guy for the job.

A Sampler Platter of a bunch of my works.

Artist Needed [RevShare] Need dark fantasy background artist for game project

Looking for an artist who could help me with making background illustrations (those are going to be pretty simplistic, dont expect too much from word illustration) for my adventure fantasy game.
Game is set in the highly nomadic inspired world, with giant mushroom forest, who endlesly forces people to run from it. Visualy vise expect something similar to darkest dungeon, but with little more bio-shroom theme instead of lovecraftian.
Ill send examples in dms!

Amount of work: 12-20 illustratons, camp, fight scene, and exploring
Time: we aproximate demo to be in 4-6 month, so you wont be in a hurry.

Experience: we as a team published one game before, so would be cool if u had some experience too.
Money: discus in DM's

Modeler Needed [Hobby] Seeking 3D Artists for Warrior Cats Inspired Multiplayer RPG!

Hello all! I have been working recently on a prototype for a multiplayer warrior cats inspired RPG, similar to Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition. I have a fully working prototype in a custom C++ engine, complete with procedural grass and a full hunting system. See it here:

https://youtu.be/YsxhtTKo_Co?is=M6hJDZcs4MXd2WJr

Right now, though, the game is just using placeholder assets (or, everyone's favorite, weird looking cylinders!) That's where you come in!

I'm looking to partner with a group of 3D artists to bring this game to life! Specifically, I'm seeking character artists, concept artists (2D or 3D), environment artists, and UI designers (2D). Character artists should be comfortable with animal character modelling, and environment artists should be comfortable with outdoor environment design (forests, etc).

(I am not comfortable working with minors. You must be over the age of 18 to work on this project)

If you're interested, reach out! Thanks!

PR/Marketing needed [Paid] Technical Community & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time Contract / Freelance): ChipWits

Project: ChipWits & ChipWits Worlds (Automation & 65C02 Assembly Sim)
Hours: Initial 20-hr contract + potential follow-on work
Rate: $20 / hr USD (DOE / Negotiable)

About the Project
ChipWits Worlds is an automation and colony engineering sandbox where mass-produced 8-bit robots run on a simulated, cycle-accurate 65C02 CPU. We’re participating in Steam Programming Fest alongside ChipWits, and we need a coordinator who gets the allure of assembly, retro computing, and logic games to run community ops and technical drops for this and future events.

Responsibilities

  • Gameplay Capture & Streaming: Play dev builds to capture clean 50/50 split GIFs (code vs. bot action) and run looping Steam broadcasts via OBS.
  • Technical Writing & Forum Drops: Author launch posts and technical breakdowns for Hacker News ("Show HN") and subreddits like r/Zachtronics, r/lowlevel, r/Assembly, and r/programminggames.
  • Community & Socials: Coordinate drops across Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon, YouTube, and newsletters; distribute demo keys.
  • Steam Hubs: Stage description GIFs, update Developer/Franchise pages, and post announcements.

Requirements

  • Technical Literacy: Excited to engage with low-level concepts (registers, memory-mapped I/O, loops, assembly mnemonics like LDA/STA, and off-by-one bugs).
  • Genre Familiarity: Love for automation/logic games (TIS-100, Shenzhen I/O, Turing Complete, The Farmer Was Replaced, Factorio).
  • Tools: OBS capture, social/Discord scheduling tools (Steamworks backend familiarity a plus).
  • Authenticity: Communicates naturally with programmers without over-leveraging AI.

How to Apply
Email [jobs@chipwits.com](mailto:jobs@chipwits.com) with:

  1. A brief summary of your background and why this project interests you.
  2. Links to 1–2 social posts, devlogs, or clips you’ve made or love.
  3. A 2-sentence explanation of what an accumulator and zero-page addressing are in plain English. (Agencies skipping this will be ignored.)

Team Needed [Hobby] Best places to find like minded game devs and creatives to work together?

I am currently working on an open world crime game akin to early GTA's and the first Mafia in scope. There's much still for me to learn and I am enjoying the process.

I don't want to be just another "ideas guy" selling people dreams of ridiculous scope while having no technical know-how. I have already laid the foundations in pre-development. I have narrative docs, design docs, a map with scale legends etc. Etc. I don't even intend to ask anybody to even consider joining my passion project until at least next year. At that pointI will have made a large chunk of the vertical slice to prove my intent and ability beyond vague ideas.

But the scope is growing bit by bit and I would love to get together like minded creatives to help me fulfill my vision. My current plan sees a game set in an area of the world not often represented in gaming, telling a story that isn't told as much as it should be. Even thought it is being told through a genre of games I really enjoy. If you're good at making music for chase sequences, or creating art, or graphic design, or UE5, or Blender. Hit me up.

Just wanted to get some suggestions on where these people are hiding 🫡

Team Needed [RevShare] Seeking gaming-industry growth / validation team members. Grow together.

Hi guys, I’m a techy building several early-stage gaming products, iterating through a few ideas and testing the market as I go.

The products are beyond idea stage: core functionality is live, initial listings/content exist, and I am doing some Reddit sharing for feedback. I’m looking for one or two hands-on team members to help validate demand, build distribution, and test opportunities. Maybe make some friends to get some alpha users.

I’m especially interested in people with gaming experience or connections: indie studios, game communities, Discord/community management, mods, companion tools, creators, game marketing, or developer relations.

Things I'm hoping you could help with:

  • User engagement, product positioning and feedback.
  • Community-led growth and organic acquisition, organic outreach.

Compensation

  • Initial arrangement: documented revenue share, initially I would expect to run Google ads or Play wire. I will be fully transparent with this. To be clear - there is no established revenue now, product is post-MVP, pre-revenue.
  • After a successful working period and agreed milestone, let's say active user count and/or monthly revenue, we can discuss opportunities further. All depends on contribution, scope, commitment, and traction. To be honest I'm mostly looking for good people to grow and build products with.

Practical details

  • Remote: I’m based in APAC region, but I work sufficient hours to cover anywhere in the world.
  • Discord: product will integrate with Discord naturally, you'll need experience using and potentially moderating servers.
  • Initial commitment: at least five dedicated hours a week.
  • First step: a product assessment and clear path to growth for discussion.
  • Some experience with AI would be preferred, it just makes things easier. But please do note I am not simply looking for a chair-AI-interface (I can do that myself pretty well).

I'm pretty open to the mode of collaboration, if you have some other ideas or suggestions - by all means let me know.

Please DM me with your gaming background, relevant growth/partnership experience and availability.

Closed [Hobby] Beginner looking to join a team and learn game development

Hi! I’m Sol, I'm 23, and have wanted to make games for awhile. I work full time at a local deli, usually from around 12 PM to 8:30 PM, sometimes a bit earlier or later. Because of that, my availability is mostly evenings after work or mornings before my shift, but mostly when I get out because I tend to wake up late. I usually have Thursdays and Sundays off though.

I’m completely new to game development and don’t have any real skills yet, but I’m motivated and excited to learn. I’m open to any role — coding, art, writing, design, whatever a team needs. I just want to get involved and start learning by doing.

I’d like to join a beginner-friendly team or project where I can contribute in small ways while picking up skills along the way. I use Discord for communication. My name is Sol_Espeon

If you’re open to having a beginner on your team, I’d love to join and learn from you.

Thanks for reading.

Artist Needed [REVSHARE] Looking for a 2D Anime Artist for a Visual Novel

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a 2D artist with an anime-style portfolio to collaborate with me on a rev-share Visual Novel project.
The project is already in active development and isn’t starting from just an idea.
The core Visual Novel system is already implemented and fully functional, and the main story, setting and overall structure of the game are already defined.
At this stage, the main work remaining is:
Writing and expanding the dialogues and individual scenes
Character design
2D character sprites and expressions
2D backgrounds
Additional visual assets as development progresses
Who I’m looking for
I’m mainly looking for a 2D artist comfortable with anime-style character design and illustration.
I’d really like to find someone who wants to be creatively involved in the project, rather than simply receiving a list of assets to draw.
The characters, world and main story already have a foundation, but I’d like the artist to have room to contribute ideas and help define the final visual identity of the game.
Experience working on games or Visual Novels would be great, but it’s absolutely not required.
About me
I’m a professional game developer/programmer with 10+ years of experience working in the game industry in Japan.
My main background is programming, so I’ll handle the technical side of the project: the Visual Novel framework, implementation, UI, tools, builds and general development.
The core system is already working, which means the project can focus primarily on creating the actual content and artwork rather than spending months building the technical foundation.
Revenue Share
This is a revenue-share project, not a paid commission.
I’m looking for someone interested in developing and eventually releasing the game together.
The exact revenue split, scope, responsibilities and ownership will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the collaboration.
I want everything to be clear and transparent from the beginning.
Interested?
Feel free to DM me with your portfolio or some examples of your artwork and a little bit about yourself.
If your style fits the project, I’ll be happy to share more information about the story, characters, current development status and the direction I have in mind for the game.
Thanks

Audio Offer [Hobby] Beginner Audio Implementer available for Unreal Engine project

Hello everyone,

I am currently competing my university degree (integrated master's/bachelor's) finishing my graduation project, a game developed using Unreal Engine. I originally handled 2D art and music, but I recently started putting sounds directly into the engine (footsteps, doors, basic triggers) and I really enjoyed the process.

I am a beginner at implementation, this was my first attempt ever, but I find it genuinely exciting. I am very eager to learn new systems, meet and solve unfamiliar problems, and broaden my technical and audio skills alongside a team. My goal is to gain experience, build up my portfolio, and take audio duties off the hands of developers who would rather focus on code or art.

What I can do for your project:

- Hook up sound effects and music directly inside Unreal Engine so your programmers don't have to spend time doing it.

- Set up basic audio logic: footsteps tied to animations, doors opening, UI/menu clicks.

- Provide background music if your project needs it and our sounds match.

- I learn fast and am very ready to dive into unknown territory and figure it out. And most of all, I want to expand my knowledge and move forward, gain skills, experience and expertise.

Since I'm just starting out, I don't expect upfront pay, just clear communication and proper credit in the game. I look very forward to helping you with your project!

Testers needed [Paid] Recruiting Testers for an AI Training Service on AWS Marketplace

We are looking for developers who can train an AI agent using their own data and test the trained model in a real game, simulation, or other software project.

This is a paid technical test of a new AI training service available through AWS Marketplace. Participants will directly use the service and verify the complete user workflow:

Data Preparation → Amazon SageMaker Training → Model Download → Project Integration → Live Testing

After training, you will download the resulting model, connect it to your project, and check how it performs in the actual environment. We are looking for practical feedback on whether each step works as expected, including any setup, training, download, integration, or execution issues you encounter.

Applicants should have an existing project and suitable data, or be able to prepare the data required for training. Experience with game development, Python, AWS, or Amazon SageMaker will be helpful for completing the test.

Compensation will be agreed upon before the test, depending on data readiness and the scope of project integration.

  • Test Compensation: USD $400–$800
  • AWS Marketplace product fees and AWS training costs will be covered separately.

This is a short-term paid test rather than a full-time position.

Programmers Needed [Paid] C# Unity Programmer for Rhythm Game (Existing Project)

Currently seeking a Unity programmer interested in working on an existing project with an established rhythm engine and gameplay mechanics.

This work would consist primarily of systems integrations, balancing, visual refinements, and feedback/tactility improvements. Other aspects of the work may include:

  • Score & Ranking Systems
  • Menu & UI Integration
  • Progression & Difficulty Balancing
  • Integration with Existing Gameplay Systems
  • Bug Fixing & Code Optimization
  • Tools for Streamlining Future Updates
  • "Map Editor" Quality-of-Life Improvements

Experience with VFX is optional, but technical expertise in visual effects would be helpful.

Because this project is independently funded, the monthly budget is limited, but this is paid work. I’m happy to discuss either hourly or task-based rates and adjust the scope and priorities of the work where necessary to keep things manageable within the available budget.

Must be over the age of 18 and available to communicate via Discord. Communication is flexible, so there are no time zone requirements.

If you are interested, please send me a DM with your rates and any relevant information or experience you are able to share. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Audio Needed [HOBBY] Looking for human-made music for my first commercial Steam game - existing tracks welcome, full credit given

Hey!

I'm the solo developer of Worm Capitalist, my first commercial game.

It's a weird cozy incremental game about growing a colony of worms, feeding them increasingly questionable objects, and watching them physically eat everything pixel by pixel.

I'm currently replacing some placeholder / AI-assisted music with music made by actual human musicians, and I'm looking for tracks that fit the game's existing vibe.

I'm not necessarily looking for someone to compose an entire OST from scratch. If you already have tracks that fit, I'd be very happy to hear them.

The current soundtrack has a strange mix of:

  • cozy elevator / lounge music
  • slightly goofy saloon / western vibes
  • playful, melodic background music
  • relaxed music that can loop for a long time without becoming annoying
  • a little weirdness, but not full comedy music

I have reference tracks from the current build that I can share privately so you can understand the exact mood I'm trying to preserve.

Important: I'm specifically looking for music created by humans, without generative AI.

I unfortunately don't have a music budget right now, so this is an unpaid collaboration.

If I use your track, you'll be credited:

  • in the in-game credits
  • next to the music/record player UI where possible
  • in the Steam credits / game credits

And I'm happy to include your artist name and portfolio/social link where appropriate.

The game already has a public demo:
https://tikotey.itch.io/worm-capitalist

Steam:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5073430/Worm_Capitalist/

If you're interested, join the Discord and post in the music submissions channel:
https://discord.gg/eeKgcs9s2

Or reply here / DM me with a link to your music.

I'm mainly looking for tracks that already feel close to the existing mood, rather than completely changing the musical identity of the game.

Thanks!

Programmers Needed [Hobby] [LF Programmer] Short Psychological Survival Horror Project (Demo) - Team Assembling!

Hi everyone!

I am a Game Designer and Writer looking for a dedicated programmer (beginner or intermediate) to collaborate on a short, 5-minute psychological horror game demo. We recently had a teammate leave due to personal reasons, but we are moving forward stronger than ever! Our team currently consists of myself and a talented Composer who is ready to create the atmosphere.

About the game:

It is a psychological survival horror where the player controls "Kaid", a new investigator trapped in a dark mansion. The game focuses on tight resource management (a broken walkie-talkie, simple weapons, limited signaling) and a deep emotional transition from pure despair to an intelligent, cinematic climax.

What I have ready:

• A full, structured Game Design Document (GDD)

• A complete and clearly detailed map of the mansion

• Level layouts (basement and upper floor rooms)

• Enemy mechanics (zombies and an armed encounter)

• Full story beats and cinematic pacing

• Dedicated Composer on board for the soundtrack

This is a passionate, hobby/portfolio project aimed at gaining experience and building a solid prototype together. If you want to build a cool horror game, gain team experience, and bring this vision to life, please PM me here or drop your Discord username below! I'd love to share the GDD with you.

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for someone to help with Unity to implement with me — leftover-Concord RPG

Hey, a beginner in Unity here. I have a full time job so this is very much a hobby for me. I design the game and I am in the editor. I need a hobbyist who already knows Unity well enough to help me turn a working plaza slice into a walkable region. Not a new game. Not "I have ideas, you build it."

Unpaid hobby. No revshare. Credit if we put it on itch.

Everything in game now was made by me and now since the idea of the game has been implemented i need help with dressing the rest of the world.

What the game is: Shattered Realms, world Elyndor. First-person survival/adventure RPG. You wake with broken memory and walk into a living town. Intended map is big: 5–10 minutes on foot between towns, adventures on the road, waystones as paid/secondary travel. Not finished. Greybox plus systems.

What you can play today: One town plaza with a vertical slice. Walk, look, jump, sprint, crouch, talk, pick up, use stations, shops, beds, mounts. Inventory, eat/drink, gold, stacked items. Combat: Strike, skills 1 / 2 / Q, HP, armour, XP, levels. Hunt (wolf-style): aggro, chase, drop, XP, visible bow shots. Crafting UI at the forge and carpenter. Fishing exists (timing still to tune). World pickups (ore, shards, flora). Quest board with multiple jobs, turn-in at the board, cooldown so you can't spam the same job. Main quest stub (flags, talk, waystones, leygate) with a tracker. Shops. Horse. Save/load.

Gear : Cloth / leather / mail / plate, and 1h+shield / 2h / bow / staff. Kits grow at 3 / 10 / 16 so leather is not worse plate. Spawn: tent by default, inn or house is a buy then the tent turns off.

Look today: Slavic house meshes on. Buildings spread so it reads as a small town. Grass/dirt terrain and some trees around the plaza. Plaza is the only dressed area. NPCs walk simple routes. Distance fog and some particle clouds. Rest is cubes and dirt.

Slavic is not necessarily the endgame look, just needed something to get the idea of the scope of the game.

Honest line: Solid first-person slice in one Slavic-dressed plaza. The rest of Elyndor is still greybox and not walkable yet.

Roughly: Systems slice ~30–40%, world ~5%, look ~10% (plaza only). Story-as-played is a tutorial beat.

Not in the game: Other towns, camps, 5–10 min roads, bandit camps, mini-bosses that spawn on a quest, class/race/talent trees as gameplay, full vendor inventories, the full mount table, fish spots as a loop, caravans, weather as gameplay, standing rewards in the world, most of the main story, a real inventory grid, audio, NPC/animal animation, enterable interiors, day-night that matters, sculpted hills, horizon mountains.

What I want: You know Unity well enough to sit with me on one leftover at a time. First leftovers are the ones that make Elyndor walkable: roads, another town, quests that gate a boss, character create that matters. I will be in the project. If we don't click after a week, we stop.

If that sounds like your pace, send me a message. Evenings and weekends, UTC.

PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind
