How do you guys "handle" that type of creature in your house? Do you just open the door and sweep it out with a broom? I'd need to have a spider catching tote or something because those are not staying in my house.

Usually we use a sword and shield and its a battle to the death... if we use our kangaroos its always a win.
I myself. Do the old tries and tested method of freezing going eeeeuuuuggghhh while shivering and then going the other direction.
Once they're in the house you've got a new landlord.

They hide from you? I have had countless spiders decide it would be cool to drop down on me spiderman style. Literally last night I was sitting up in bed doing some work on my laptop when a spider crawled right onto my keyboard while I was typing.

Had "something" on my face when I was half asleep in bed, thought it was a piece of lint so I casually grabbed it. I have horrible arachnophobia so imaging how awake I instantly was when I felt it squiggling around in my fingers.

The last two years I've been allowing the spiders in my room, bathroom, and office to live undisturbed (even saved one from drowning recently), and I've noticed a 90% decrease in the FAR more terrifying camelback crickets in the process. (I don't like how I'll catch the spiders killing each other, though).

it's liquid inside the spider and the air exposure solidifies it, it stretches so far because it really is unfathomably thin, a single human hair is about 40x thicker than spider silk

Yup. And there are hundreds of orb weaver species.
Either way, it does look like an orb weaver of some sort. Charlotte from Charlotte's Web was a species of orb weaver spider.

Ya know....I have sat and watched a spider do this IRL. Then proceeded to feed him a few moths and crickets for all it's hard work. Things look so much cooler when it isn't being seen on a screen, just saying.

I had the help of some magical substances to once watch a large spider spin a huge web by the shore of this beautiful mountain lake on a moonlit night. I was transfixed by the utter beauty and symmetry. There is much more out there than you know!

Oh wait, that got defunded by FRUMP almost $800 million of their $2.2 billion budget, while also increasing ticket prices to public nationally preserved areas.... for people that dont math thats a 36% decrease in funding.
Enjoy those dirty bathrooms and trash everywhere. Dont get lost in the woods kids! Because there are no park rangers left to come find you. But FLOCK sure can!
