Hey swarm intelligence!

My Problem:
I(f30) need help. My neighbour in the flat above me is crazy loud extremely late in the night. Already had a talk with him, where I kindly asked that he be a little more mindful and keep track of the silent times of the building. Talked with his really nice landlord as well. And he tried to talk to him without avail. He does not give a fuck. And now I am just thinking if I can’t sleep and can’t do anything about it, he should not sleep as well.

Possible Project:
Is there any way I can build a programmable arm that rings his bell in the middle of the night? Needs to look small and be out of aluminium tho so it fits next to the doorbell without it being exposed that it’s not part of it.

Any other ideas?

—— Already thought about the pissplate but that can damage the floor and I don’t want to be liable for any destruction.
