I’m in the same boat except the pizza. Guess a good note taking system could solve a lot? Maybe a local LLM to complement it with a vector database for RAG?
This actually gave me the idea to build a fallback which will switch to local models when Claude goes down. So we’re getting like a few minutes of work in between outage waves
Complex tasks in Opus 5 cost more. I run it for at least 8 hours a day at a max 5x, and I'm still hitting my weekly limit, so I'm trying to save as much as I can.
I was outside picking mushrooms, and giving my agent a renewed budget another 5 review rounds but with a backoff time of 3 hours on the next 529 error.
Oh. And Sonnet 5 was working and got the whole job done just fine.
Yeah I bough it the last month first time as I needed it more for what I’m doing even though it’s expensive it’s the best of it’s kind by a mile especially the co work stuff.
Claude code is just something you throw prompts at, then go be productive at other things while it works. Only the crackhead addicts are sitting there staring at the screen all day because they dont know how to do anything on their own.

I built a thing for exactly this. It is a browser arcade that only unlocks while the tools we watch are actually down, so right now it is open. Twenty three people are in there playing Pac-Man instead of waiting, and the best named score gets Claude Pro for a month.
I mean what are you doing with claude just presonal projects? I have a live website and I am doing some outreach for blog posts for it. I am for real asking you just making calculators or what?
