Meanwhile, I'm eating the same diet of fish, kale, green beans, baguette and cheese that I've been eating all year.

They deregulated a bunch of stuff because the FDA is ran by a guy who had a brain parasite and thinks scientists are conspiring to make everyone autistic. The deregulations mean that food production isn't being inspected as thoroughly/often, so foods are being contaminated or they're just bad and being sold. This is also affecting the medical industry, because its the same guy RFK. IV bags were recently recalled because they had fiberglass in them. Idk what the fuck fiberglass is doing anywhere near saltwater for our bodies, but here we are.

I'm here for a good time, not a long time. I can eat as healthy as I can and still die of a car accident on my my to the gym. Now let me get a number 4 with a diet Coke.

I've been big backed and a week of fasting did me good. Pushing through hunger pangs changes your perspective on food and makes you grow accustomed to the discomfort of hunger.

ehhh it can back fire though and cause the person to binge eat though. The true growth is getting a better relationship with food and that's not done through avoidance. At least in my case complete avoidance never helped me. Learning which foods to eat and giving your body what it needs (and not what you want) is the way to go.
