I don't know why its no longer working, it used to work but now it doesn't. Any help appreciated!

I'm trying to figure out why comments are getting filtered in a rule made for post titles and bodies. I'm still green with automod so trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have a couple other submission rules that are doing the same thing. All the lines are 4 spaces over.

In my local city sub, we have issues with trolls, drive-by accounts, and bots on ICE, immigration, and political posts.
So we want to use a post tag, and when this is set, all comments must have 50 sub karma, preferably within the last six months; otherwise, they should be pushed into the Queue, and the user should be warned that they might be banned.

Is this something automod can do?
