It’s without a doubt the most deadly mental health disorder. It has a mortality rate of 10%. 1 in 10 people with anorexia nervosa will die of it. It’s an insane mortality rate.

It didn't kill me, but I now weigh 2 of what I used to. Now that I'm fat I don't see fat, it's the opposite of anorexia. 😭😭😭

This is also me. Weight restoration meant DOUBLING my body weight. The size I am and the number on the scales would have sent my shadow self spiralling, but I’m happy and my relationships with food and my body is pretty good.
