Yeah, I gave birth to my daughter during the first wave of pandemic. My husband worked in a hard hit LTC facility and had to quarantine away from me when I was in my third trimester. Luckily, my birthing experience was good, but having a baby at that time was unbelievably stressful and honestly quite traumatizing. Probably one of the reasons why we aren't keen on having another child.

I wouldn’t give up on another kid because of it but absolutely it was totally stressful and I can hear you on that.

For me it was the testing and school/daycare restrictions.

And man your husband works a hard job.

Give him a crisp high five from me.

I had a baby then too and I have literally never been so stressed in my life and I have an anxiety disorder. We have a wholesale food production business so that was going up in flames at the same time. The only upside is my husband and both kids were home for months so we all got to bond really well.
