It’s the illusory truth of Israel “starting it” by simply existing. The hundreds of years of pogroms, worsening to an apex in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, never hold any water with these propaganda mouthpieces. It’s all this magical, farcical, fairytale of kumbaya hand-holding.

The liberal Zionists did win out early on, the Israeli right didn't come to power until 1977, in response to unending belligerence and intransigence.

And of course pretending that Arabs ever was inclusive of Jews is historical revisionism and denial of a millennium of systemic oppression.

Of course if they miss such basic historical facts they're not going to be able to understand that from the Jewish perspective, the land was colonized for 1878 years, beginning in 0070 CE.

Most jews were expelled from Arab countries BEFORE 1948, and the Nakba. It was pure antisemitism
