Description of Original Problem: I'm making this post for my friend as she has had consistent issues with her pc recently. She bought her pc off facebook marketplace in about april and she started having an issue with her driver in about mid july. Her pc will randomly crash saying device manger code 31 where she has to reinstall her drivers completely to use her pc but then it will happen again at a later time. I'll provide the specs she got given off facebook marketplace for the pc in an image. Today her pc crashed again and this time it wouldn't work properly at all. She's been trying to find a solution but her pc just now will not work. Her pc turns on, makes noise, it turns on her keyboard and mouse but her monitor will show no signal even when plugged in properly. She was looking to buy a new driver anyways for around $400-500AUD which I don't know if this will completely fix the issue but if anyone can give a solution to her issue or good recommendations on a driver replacement in her budget it would be really appreciated as she doesn't know what to do.
Troubleshooting: she has uninstalled and reinstalled using DDU multiple times. When she tried to turn it on this morning and her monitor wouldn't get any signal her pc would be on but her fans also wouldn't spin if that's important.

Try using DDU again, and then try to install drivers pre July? See if that issue continues maybe?

Could also be that the gpu is going if she's not longer getting video. Does anyone you know have a spare card to use just to test and see if you get video with something different

Familiar, it could be a windows problem, that somehow it decides, “this driver is not stable, ill force one myself” it has to be edited in group policy editor, try an undervolt, could as well be the 12v rail failing on the psu, if the rail cant hold the power the gpu requires, it will turn off to protect its internals, and probably in the process the driver corrupts and boom, nothing. Personally ill take a look on the GPE, search how to do it, if she has pro, only pro can acces gpe.
