The depressing thing is that every single person commenting so far (I'm not done scrolling) has said only things that have been proven true. It's almost too sad to read it all. I'd be comforted if I could at least say, "well THAT claim isn't true, though." But not one of them is.

They don't even return their own. I've seen enough videos of Russian soldiers walking past bodies of their own compatriot on their way to become another one of those bodies... You see a guy making his way to the frontline and their little path has bodies all over the place.

I remember earlier in the war Ukraine was reporting that some of the bodies that were returned had organs removed and I could have swore I saw a report that they somehow boobytrapped one of the bodies.

And even when returning bodies, they sometimes have parts of the body missing, such as a Ukrainian Journalist's body without their eyeballs, parts of their brain, and their windpipe, as well as showing signs of electrocution.

Russia had returned 500 Ukrainians and received 31 Russians at the most recent casualty exchange. And 261 Ukrainians for 24 Russians at the next most recent one so either youre misinformed or theres way more dead Ukrainians than Russians

No, he rightfully believed the Ukraine didn’t have the capability on their own. Drones have come such along way in a couple years. This is literally a new piece on the game board that very very few forecasted in such a short time frame.

To be honest it’s a complete game changer and the effects on the present and very near future will take most of us by surprise in how they will affect our daily lives. Not just here and there but everywhere on the globe.

In my totally unbiased opinion (European, EU, pushing 60), Uncle Sam and the Bear are just two sides of the same bloody coin. Raping, bombing, and, my personal favorite, the classic "whoopsie-daisy, you tripped out a 20th-story window" routine that always seems to happen to journalists. What are the odds, right? So clumsy, I rell ya.

Just to be crystal clear: I'm not giving a free pass to anyone. But if we're playing the statistics from WWII to today? I'd bet my left sock that the Stars and stripes have a higher body count than the Hammer and sickle ever did. And don't get me started on "spreading democracy", that's just corporate-speak for "we want your resources, so here's a glorified puppet we installed." They prop 'em up, the puppet bites them in the rear, wash, rinse, repeat. Meanwhile, they've been brainwashing their own citizens so efficiently that Stalin himself would tip his hat in respect. Seriusly.

The hilarious punchline? The world has finally stopped caring. Nobody trembles at the sight of an American carrier anymore, we just yawn and laugh our ass of as they need to hide in Croatia, of all places. BRICS his is own agenda. IIRC (and I’m probably basing this off pre-war learning and assumptions) Russia’s economy also functions off agriculture (being the world’s largest country means considerable amounts of arable land, I think they’re a major exporter of grains like corn and wheat) and “defense” (as a legacy of Soviet arms development and by virtue of being willing to sell bombs and guns to enemies of the west). I’m not sure if the latter is still supporting Russia’s economy because I think most their war-making potential is being used for their own conflict.

Arms sales cratered both from their equipment looking bad in battle (which is part of the reason they refuse to use their most advanced tanks and planes) and from having fresh arms go straight to the front lines (which again, are not their most advanced and costly). They still 'technically' are selling them, just with a huge asterisk that you have no idea when they will deliver.

Has been showing the world for years that Russian
Air defense is no match for western fighter technology, now everyone knows their military tech in general is a quarter century behind.
