From my last trip to Cairo. A chaotic, dusty, historic, loud, vibrant city.

- Location: Chișinău, the capital of the Republic of Moldova.
- Architectural Style: Soviet Brutalism / Late Modernism.
- Architect: Oleg Vronsky (with engineer A. Shmulevich).
- Construction Period: Built between 1978 and 1986.
- Height & Structure: Stands at approximately 73 meters (22 stories) tall, featuring a distinct cylindrical core enveloped by repeating curved concrete balconies

Initially envisioned as a housing complex with communal facilities (including recreational spaces, a cafe, and a revolving top floor), it was ultimately converted into a municipal residential high-rise/dormitory. The building remains a famous landmark of late Soviet architectural experimentation, though it now shows significant signs of age and structural wear.

Graffiti to help make things ugly. I wonder if people that say like graffiti would want to offer their house as a canvas
