I usually make them for Thanksgiving or Christmas and they're so good and super cheap to make. Really good mixed in with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese too.

Absurdly delicious combo

Walked there with a co-worker and to my surprise and his dismay this was all that was left. Along side some Texas toast and vinaigrette. Turned out to be a great day!!

7-8 shallots, goat cheese, chives, puff pastry. Paired it with an arugula, Cambazola, pear salad. Absolutely delicious.

Got a little freaky while cooking and added circassian cheese between onions and pastry

I've been playing around with a recipe to make in my breadkmaker for a while.

I think I finally have my final recipe. I'm very pleased with it.

I wanted to use it on crackers but I think it should only be melted.

I am now a proud mom

For the crab imperial I replaced the parsley in the recipe with the green section of the scallions that I served as a side. Liberally applied chives to the baked potato and had a baked vidalia onion that I transferred to a cup to preserve the butter and onion juice.

Vidalia onion with EVOO, salt and pepper, on toasted sourdough bread with Duke's mayo.

I tried this as a grilled cheese and butter toast

Im going to be so honest I had no plan here. I just wanted more onions on my spaghetti (after I made the sauce 40% onion to begin with).

4 types of onions - (white, sweet, shallot, tropea)

I zoned out and ended up making a little rose centerpiece!

10/10 for taste. Best bowl of spaghetti I have had in a LONG time!

My local 7-11 now has onion and garlic chips, so I had to make an Onion Dog. A hot dog covered with the packets of chopped onions, garlic parm sauce, and onion Crisps on top! (I put some garlic chips on the side to try, and they were also very good. A little too big for my hot dog but good nonetheless!)

Also, since there was a $3 deal, I just had to get Funyons to pair with it lol.
