… it’s genuinely wild you are claiming to be a doctor. There’s no way this is a real post by a legit health care provider, even med students know you need a HIPPA AF and verbal consent isnt valid, and even then any respected hospital wouldn’t allow this anyways. This is a massive ethical violation. Im going to assume this is fake for my peace of mind because there’s no way anyone above med students level doesnt know basic ethics.
HIPAA* only protects identifiable information, so unless your superpower is looking at someones piss and identifying them there is no rules being broken or bent here

When it comes to highly specific or sensitive medical images like photos of a patient's bodily secretions, wounds, or surgical sites, federal law and med ethics impose strict boundaries to with patient care with the fundamental right to privacy, this could be easily be taken to a licensing board for at the least a breach or call into question of ethics. They asked the patient and was told it's fine, so you are the one stomping their feet here and frankly this is reminiscent of the "is there someone you forgot to ask/consensual consent" meme
